I would highly recommend Precision garage door service (Long Island) to anyone who needs their garage door serviced or needs a new system. They came within 3 hours of my call and Israel, the technician who actually did the work, was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided me three options based on what he saw. Even though it was 20 degrees, Israel completed the job (added a new system) in about 2 hours. He took the time to confirm everything worked, helped me reprogram the system, including my wife's car, and walked me through the smartphone app. VERY PLEASED.

I called precision overhead garage service, and they immediately set up an appointment the same day. The technician Daniel came before the time scheduled and completed the job fast and professionally. I had a broken Garage Door spring that he replaced. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. They showed me various options on what to do but they were very expensive. I chose the most basic option because all I needed was a spring replaced. If you’re not careful, you could spend thousands of dollars on your garage door. Other than that and that they charge an extra fee for credit card purchases, I highly recommend this company for your garage door repair.

Ricky was fantastic. He arrived early (with our permission), did a thorough examination of our issues, and explained what we needed to fix in a way that was easy to understand. Ricky presented all of our options clearly and then got to work right away. After a couple hours, our garage door was functioning properly. Ricky even helped me set up the app on my phone and the keypad outside so we could easily open and close the door. Very happy with the quality of service we received today. The technician Justin, who did the repairs was very professional, respectful, and polite. He quickly assessed the problem with my garage door, provided options for solutions to do the repair, and options for payment. He patiently explained everything in detail. He was efficient and quickly did the repairs. The door now moves easily. I appreciate his hard work! Customer service was also very efficient.

The garage door expert arrived on time. He was polite, courteous and professional. He inspected the garage door, springs, cables and hardware, and pointed out how the existing springs were insufficient causing the garage door opener to overwork and advised me on all necessary repairs. He replaced what was needed and recalibrated the garage door opener to adjust for the new springs. The garage door now works seamlessly and much quieter than before. Next year will have Precision install a new insulated steel door and will request the same technician.
