I interviewed and received estimates from 7 painters, including a couple good ones I had used in the past. Ultimately, I decided to go with Dave An @ Precision Painting Plus for 4 reasons: 1) highly recommended from multiple trustworthy and smart neighbors; 2) his focus on attention to detail; 3) his guys would fix things (rotten beams, cracked stucco, etc.) as well as conduct the job with high quality including sanding/filling/prep and multiple layers of name brand paint/primer/sealer; and, 4) competitive price. They far exceeded my expectations.
Dave is super communicative. I texted him any day and time, and he would respond immediately. This attribute is very important to me and achieving detail-oriented complex goals. He helped me match colors, providing me lots of samples. His guys undertook a challenging project as my home is non-traditional and situated on a hill, so there are a lot of weird angles and high overhangs—they did not leave any part left unattended. Dave threw in a couple extra things for free that I had forgotten to ask him about in the initial estimate.
The final product turned out incredibly impressive. We constantly have neighbors coming by to compliment us, asking for Dave’s contact info. I would definitely use Dave/PPP again. I can’t imagine anyone better.

Dave An is the owner of Precision Painting Plus. He is an awesome guy! We are very pleased we chose him to install our wood flooring and to paint the interior of our house.
We asked Dave to send his best crew and he really came through. The flooring is absolutely beautiful with 8mm vinyl engineered flooring and cork underlayment. The house is sparkling with fresh paint all over. Dave was very accommodating and included many other services other than painting and flooring. They did a beautiful job on the wood bannisters in the stairway and our two French doors were refurbished inside and outside. His crew even installed 3 ceiling fans! There is nothing they can’t do! Our beloved house looks very updated and appealing now.
Dave An is a professional in touch with the current trends. His suggestions for paint colors were spot on. Dave was always available via telephone or text and responded promptly.
When we made requests, he always responded positively. We had total confidence in Dave honoring his commitments. We are very satisfied with the results and can recommend him proudly!

Dave An and Noe’s crew did an excellent job painting four of our rental homes all on the same property. They were both receptive to all communication and they came when they said they would and finished on time. The job they did was excellent spending a lot of time on the prep work. It looks like night and day and we couldn’t be happier. One of the best parts about the job is that not one tenant complained (which is unusual) … and it was a 3 week job! Thank you Dave and Noe and crew for improving our property without the headaches that can occur!

I can not say enough good things about Precision Painting Plus. We spoke with and got estimates with 3 other companies. Most companies subcontract work out for things like fascia board repair/replacement unlike PPP who handled the whole job in house. From the moment we contacted Dave An he was on top of the job. Totally professional and always responsive to any of our thoughts or suggestions. Dave went up and beyond the call of duty when I wanted a particular type of stain on our fence. The workers who did the job were all courteous and professional. The workmanship was excellent. We are planning to use them again for some interior rooms as well. I only wish they did all aspects of home improvement as I would use them for everything! They are the best!

Great value for the price though I did have the whole house painted while it was empty. They were quick to schedule an appointment within a week, digitally measured each room and gave me an estimate the same day and have easy online payment via Zelle. There were a couple of paint spots on things which they offered to come out and remove but it came off with a little soap and water so no big deal. Great job overall.

Paint was beautifully applied. My only problem was I was quoted a price by someone who was terminated by the time my appointment came to be. The new project manager would not honor the original contracted offer. They said that the original person who quoted me was fired for under quoting projects. That was not my fault and I should not have been punished for their employee error.
