"Hi Teri I do not believe you have the right company. We don't have any record of receiving a deposit from you. It seems that we met with you for a review of your project and we provided an estimate. I recall that you received an invoice, not from us for a payment you made. I will be happy to look into this for you and assist you in figuring out to who you made payment to."
