Precision Prep & Paint

Jody Sims painted my aluminum sided house 2 years ago. Great job. Had him back this year to paint the barn and an old ( 60-70 yrs? ) cement block building that had NEVER been painted. Jody Sims does not cut corners . He puts in the time to do things right, and to make sure it meets expectations. He power washes, does all the prep and pays attention to even small details to make sure the results are high quality. His painting is beautiful, no runs, sags, variation in color, just beautiful. The ceiling repairs in the living room were not done properly, he left buckling at the joints. The bathroom repairs were done poorly, not smooth or flat. He did not clean up very much.

Let me say that Jody and Precision Prep & Paint lives the name of his company name. He Prepped, Painted and Stained our House and Deck with Precision and PERFECTION! Jody is a Perfectionist! Might I suggest Jody that you ad Perfection to your company name! ? Jody came out to our aluminum sided home , quoted us a very competitive price and did everything he promised and more. Our home siding had faded over 35+ years of wear to the extent that it had faded from dark brown to almost a reddish color. We chose a really nice blue color and Jody recommended we use “Polar Bear “White paint for the trim to make it “POP” He came out the first day and power washed the house and deck. The next day he spent several hours purchasing the materials and got started with the project which also included some carpentry work. He met and exceeded our expectations by far as you can see from the pictures. Jody was a joy to have working at our house. He cleaned up on a daily basis and became great friends with our crazy dogs and transformed our house into a home that my wife and I had dreamed of for years. Thank you Jody for your professionalism, perfection and friendliness over the duration of the project. We (as in Henry the nutty dog , Bo the Inspector General and I) are going to miss seeing your smiling face every morning and watching you do what you do! Wishing you all the best in the future. Jody did a fabulous job. He power washed everything before he started and did some minor repairs as well. Overall, very pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again. Highly recommend.

He did a good work. He was pleasant to work with and he cleaned up after himself. He provided all the materials and I'm very pleased with the service. He had a reasonable and fair price.
