Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms

THIS IS A SHODDY CONTRACTOR, CHIS JOHNSON, IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!! He contacted me and said he was a ?5 STAR PRO?. He knew nothing about roofing, nothing about vinyl siding, and caused a lot of damage to my property. The roof shingles are all crooked, the roof vent was completely horrible and needed redone, they left unsealed nails on top of shingles, reused material, and did not follow the specifications. Same with the siding, it was sloppy, crooked, and falling off since they did not nail to the studs. They did not caulk and we could see right through the walls when the walked off the job after demanding full payment. Improperly installed J-CHANNELS leaking. No positive reviews since 2016. When they left the job, the yard was a complete mess of cigarette butts, nails, trash, and 1000?s of sharp triangular pieces. You will be sorry if you hire this contractor.

It was an outstanding process and job! The basement is gorgeous. It has the best bathroom in the house now. He finished the basement for my in laws and created an open concept living area that is amazing. His craftsmanship and quality are second to none. His professionalism was the best and everyone that worked for and with him were A Plus. I have hired him for other jobs since than and will continue to use him whenever I can.  <br /> I will and have told all my friends about him and everyone that visits my basement is blown area on how awesome it looks.  <br /> Thanks Chris!!!!!!!! <br /> GVA
