Precision Roofing understands that the last thing you want to worry about is a leaky roof. We will take the time to explain the process by which we will install your new roof. If a repair is needed, we will diagnose the problem, explain what has happened and usually fix it quickly and easily. Precision roofing is not just another roofing company for many reasons. The secret to our success is and always will be "quality workmanship" and "a guarantee of satisfaction". We don't require any payment prior to installing your new roofing. Instead, we collect at the end of each job when our roofing services have met, (or usually exceeded) your expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough positive things about working with Kyle and Precision Roofing! Quality, timely work, and kept me in the loop at every step. After Kyle completed the work, we discovered a very complicated rooftop HVAC situation. Kyle hung in there with me (for several weeks, taking time when he didn’t have to) to help resolve it. His consulting skills provided a great source of comfort and I leaned on him as a trustworthy advisor.

Kyle and his team did an amazing job! Within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry, I was talking to Kyle on a Saturday night. When he came to provide an estimate he actually got up on the roof and gave me a quote on the spot. I appreciated that because he took the time to check it out so we both knew what we were getting in to... no surprises or at least a reduced risk of them. They ran into a few rainy days and some obstacles, but kept us in the loop. They didn’t just treat us as a paying customer yet you can tell they truly cared about our family and doing their best work to protect our home. They checked with us before arriving early in the morning, taking into consideration that we had 3 toddlers. They showed up ready to work and cleaned up as they went. Every member of the crew was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Precision Roofing to anyone looking for hard workers and top quality at a fair price!

It started out good. We found them working on a neighbor's property and they gave us an estimate on the same day we asked. They showed up exactly the day they said they would. Their prices are very reasonable. They went around the house to pick up any left over nails. About 3 or 4 weeks later, we had some wind and about 6 shingles blew off. I called them to tell them what the problem was. They told me in early March they would order more shingles and they would take care of it. I checked with them every two weeks and they kept promising they would get right on it and they never did. It's been over three months now and they will not take care of the repairs. They will not return my phone calls and I would not hire them again.

I phoned Kyle and he answered from another job site. I explained my problem and he scheduled a meeting for the next afternoon. He arrived on time, examined the whole roof and identified the problem. In addition he explained that since all of the vent boots/seals were the same age, he recommended replacing them all to avoid further problems. Kyle quoted a price for the work he outlined and arrived the next evening to perform the job. He arrived at the agreed time, completed the work, cleaned the roof and grounds of all project debris and gave me a written guarantee of one year on all of the labor. I was very pleased with his work and professionalism, and will call him for my next roofing needs.

Precision Roofing came out on the same day that I called which was a Saturday and performed the repair to my roof the following day. I did have to call on Sunday morning after they did not show up when expected but they showed up later on and I was given a $20 discount for the inconvenience. Note that I gave an N/A rating on quality because the job was just performed so I can't rate the quality yet.

During the last hurricane we noticed a leak coming through our second floor and we were in need of some roof repair. Kyle responded quickly and had his guys out here in no time. We had a few issues going on and Precision was great at explaining exactly where our problems were and they took pictures to show us. Kyle also offered us a few different solutions based on our budget and really leveled with us. Honest guys! Definitely recommend!
