Worst experience ever. I was rescheduled five times because it’s was to wet, he had no help, had to finish another job etc. etc. He showed up late Saturday by himself with bagged mulch instead of bulk. He said his mulch guy was closed so he had to buy bagged. Apologized for not having enough saying bulk would have covered a lot more area. Apologized for not mulching 4 trees, again not enough mulch. Apologized for the shoddy work he said he had no help and left. I had to clean up the mess where the flowers were covered up, mulch in clumps and pulling weeds which he promised to do. $300 plus dollars now I must start from scratch.

"Ok to anyone who reads this review, he purchased the 3 cubic yards of mulch deal and asked for an extra cubic yard so I brought 4.5 cubic yards of mulch to help them out and as soon as I pulled up they left to go to dinner so I used what I had to make sure the flower beds were covered in the front first before I worried about what would not be covered and I also specified that this is the day before the 4th of July all the mulch suppliers are closed and the pouring rain on top of the holiday is why your being rescheduled and there is no other reason than that alone so I grabbed bagged mulch which cost me double what it would to of bought it in bulk and even brought the customer more mulch then promised but with great coverage of over 2 inches I only made it barely down the flower bed on the side of the house. Any landscaping company will charge extra for weeding flower beds especially when small trees have to be cut out of them and the flower beds were completely covered in weeds so I did what I could. I gave my guys the day off because of the holiday and stayed at his house till 8 at night to make sure the job was completed and did not make it home to spend time with my family till 9 25 that night and missed all the festivities that people enjoy on the 4th of July. His yard needed about 9 cubic yards to be completely covered and I tried to explain that to the customer but they were burned by a contractor before (a family friend) so I immediately was the bad guy. Sorry Mr.[Member Name Removed] that you feel you have to make us look bad because you didn't want to hear anything I had to say but if you would of told me you wanted the trees done before I went down the side if the house I would have and no one I repeat no one would do what I did for just 300 even though angieslist gets a percentage so I didn't get no where near that. I did a huge favor for you but ungratefulness is something I deal with a lot just wish you could of thought about that old saying if you can't say anything nice don't say nothing at all cause I absolutely hate killing myself and going above and beyond just so a hateful lying review can be put on my page that thousands of people see. The deck is beautiful and well constructed. In addition to building the deck, Bobby, the owner, designed and installed custom gates with aluminum spindles for my back yard entrances. He also advised on landscaping the area with a different variety of bushes and trees. Making sure the deck lasts is a priority for Precision Services, so I was told how to treat and protect the deck wood. Not that I really need to know that information, because I plan to contact them for the job when the time comes. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with the quality of work done by Precision Services. If there was an issue, they fixed it immediately. They were very professional and polite workers. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for work to be done in and around their home.

My instructions were ignored. The first thing they did was to mow the grass and it was an awful job. The riding mower was on the lowest setting, in some places the grass was completely scraped off and only dirt was left, in other places grass was missed and very uneven. I won't know until spring if it's caused permanent damage. On one side it was blown and stuck to the neighbors house and fence but he washed it off after I asked him to. Grass was blown into the other neighbors yard and I didn't notice until they left. All of the other clippings & leaves were put out into the street. I provided a city yard waste container but instead they blew all of that into the storm drain. The beds were cleaned up somewhat, the trench uneven and messy. I will still need to go out and do a cleanup. My second priority was trimming the bushes in the front yard but he knocked on the door, said unfortunately the trimmer was not charged and I had used up my time anyway.
