Garrett was referred to me by a friend. He was very professional, polite and easy to talk to. My A/C was not keeping at the set temperature during the day. When I called he offered to stop by that evening but I wasn't available so we made an 8am appointment for the next day which he showed up on time. He was very informative, gave me some suggestions to improve the a/c system. Most importantly, he didn't try to sell me extras or use any scare tactics for a sale. Super nice guy! I have and will continue to recommend Garrett for any a/c repair needs. A++

The experience I had with Preferred Heating & Air was exceptional. Very trustworthy company that will fix what needs to be fixed and will quote a fair and honest price. We called him, he answered when we called and was at my house the same day. Fixed the problem.  He advised us that soon we would need  a replacement unit but that he did not mind fixing the unit but we needed to keep that in the back of our minds for the future, Never did he once try to force the issue of a new unit. This was the 3rd time we have had him out and will always contact Garrett. Its nice to have someone come out that you can trust and feel like his prices are fair.
