It is a long story. Here is the abbreviated version. Paid them a large deposit. After six weeks nothing was done, except had a dumpster delivered in my driveway which has been there for three weeks. I have called many times and left messages when I could. Most of the time the mailbox was full. Drove by their office on Adams Rd. It is a empty space with a table, chair and a phone. Drove by their address in Marcellus, MI. It is a cornfield. Drove by their address is Edwardsburg, MI. It is a small house and no one was home. The only time they would reply was before they cashed my check. BEWARE this is a scam.

Great. I’m so happy that I have found Prefered Roof Systems company to put a new metal roof at my warehouse. The owner, Doug, Is very honest and friendly. He has 30 years experience in roofing. He explained the process and cost and warranty, and the price was very reasonable. I signed the contract and put down the deposit right away. And two weeks later his crew came and did a great job. They clean up very nice after the job too. I was worried about the leaks before snow comes, but now I feel so good that it is all done. I received other quotes from other companies, And they said that I had to replace the skylight window that would have cost me much more and it was not necessary. And Doug never mentioned that I needed a new skylight window. If you need a new roof please do not hesitate to hire Prefered Roof System. And you will not regret it. If I need a new roof I would definitely hire them again.
