The installers did a fantastic job and worked so hard! Very efficient and they even cleaned up. Im very happy with my new shower tub combo. I forgot to mention that they also had to remove a giant hot tub bath that I hated. Perfect! Thank you so much.

While they did nice work initially they never finished the floor. They are not responding now. Since I paid in full I guess they don?t care.

The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project.

The contractor who came to work on the project was not what I expected, found excuse after excuse to delay the job and the work performed is very shabby. Will not recommend him

The team did a bathroom remodeling in 1 day. They were professional and even did a little extra for us. We had a large mirror that they removed at no cost and didn't damage the wall or break the mirror. Peter's crew was great, would hire again.

Completely new bathroom, went from 50 yr old tub, toilet and pedestal sink, to new walk in shower, high toilet and cabinet sink.
Pablo and his brother did a great job working a 10 hr, 12 hr and 4hr days to totally upgrade the entire bathroom.
Courteous, informative and walked me thru each and every step. They cleaned up everything also. An overall pleasant experience! 10 stars!

My first mistake - I TRUSTED ANGIE'S LIST. Originally they stood behind the companies they listed; did background checks and monitored complaints. Now ANGIE is 'running with the big dogs' [Offensive Language Redated]. Sold out her reputation - which is what got her where she is now, for the almighty dollar. Seems to be the standard anymore. She should be ashamed of herself. I WILL NEVER TRUST ANGIE FOR ANYTHING AGAIN. I got burned for a lot of money because I trusted her. Premier Home Pros. talks the talk but you can find someone in a dark alley with a bottle of wine under their arm who could do a better job. AS FOR THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY: GOOD LUCK! I had problems from day one and when I called them about it I was asked "what do you want me to do about it?". THANKS ANGIE. When I told him I wanted it corrected he said "THAT'S YOUR PROBEM." SO WHAT GOOD IS ANGIE AND THE BBB? I trusted Angie to vet her advertisers. THANKS ANGIE!

Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced.
