Premier Contracting is the company you're searching for. Not only were they timely with their estimates, but they came with phenomenal recommendations, thorough communication and patience for my million questions. We had a dedicated resource at our home the whole time and he gave us daily updates of how the projects was going, any roadblocks he saw and solutions for those roadblocks. Their attention to detail throughout the project was better than mine, which is saying a lot since I'm a massive perfectionist. We can't stop showing off our deck. In fact, we liked them so much, we're going with them for our kitchen. Seriously, if you are considering any work, just pick them, you won't be sorry.

Well, let me just say that John and his team absolutely exceeded my expectations - and I paid less for the project than I thought I would. I don't know how you could ask for better than that. When I asked for a roof to be built over my back deck, I was envisioning just a rough wooden roof. But they made it look like an extension of my house! It is beautiful - not rough at all. They put a metal wrap over the wooden beams - and soffit and fascia that matched my exterior perfectly. I wasn't expecting this and it blew me away. And they did it all for what they quoted me. And each member of the team has a specialty. Charlie the carpenter has the roof up in no time, Tom the painter did a beautiful job, and John, the owner, is more like an artist than a builder, and of course Maddie (the real boss). John and his crew are the best. Top quality work and really easy to work with. The attention to detail and the craftmanship are top notch. If you want it fast and cheap, this is probably not the company for you. If you want a structure that will stand the test of time and is done right, these are your guys. I will definitely hire John again for my next project.

I have an old garage with 8x8 bifold doors. While in the midst of selling my house, wind ripped one of the doors off and smashed it. I was left with a mangled door frame with no header. In order to hang a modern garage door, I needed a new header and frame. I called Premier and they got me taken care of. The garage looks great and they were kind enough to coordinate with another contractor that I was working with as well. I will absolutely use them again once I move to my new property.

Tom came out to install a new access ladder for our attic. He came the day after we called him. While the job proved to me more complicated than we initially thought, Tom did a wonderful job. He was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I’m so impressed with his work, as well as his attention to detail. It’s clear he strives for excellence in his work. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. We have some other remodeling we need done and are definitely going to call him again. 5 stars! I definitely recommend.

john and tom and their team were great. i had them replace a second story patio door with a leak that caused damage to the first floor ceiling and drywall. they set my new door, fixed any leaks in the frame, replaced and painted all the drywall, ceiling and wall to match the existing finishes seamlessly. well rounded pros who can likely fix anything that i will hire again. plus they patched and painted more than was quoted and that made my elderly mother very happy to get those little jobs done as well.

John and his entire remodeling team did an amazing job of transforming our condo interior -- from floor to ceiling -- into a bright, clean and more modern living space. John kept the project on track, while always being mindful of the budget. He and his crew were reliable and truly delivered on their promises. His suggestions, flexibility and communication were greatly appreciated whenever we needed to make a decision along the way or encountered an obstacle. Bottom line – We highly recommend them for remodeling needs and would definitely use them again on future projects!

John and team did excellent work. Very upfront and helpful about project and options for my project of needing doors replaced (front door & patio sliding door). I was impressed with the quality of work and thorough completion of details in both my front door and patio door. I'm very satisfied with the end result and would recommend using Premiere again.

Awesome! Great work, kind man and his wife is great too. This family team really excelled at everything they did for us. Amazing looking new steps to blend with our current patio, beautiful new doors exceeding my desires, and more. John worked on everything quickly and efficiently like replacing all our door hardware, after moving in. I plan on having him back for several more jobs. Big or small his work ethic and quality are A ratings.

John worked around the fact that we had to move our main electric service on our home. That meant he had to jump around a little while installing and finishing the roofing. Our job got prolonged a little but he made sure everything was finished to our satisfaction

The original front porch on our house was unusable because it was less than 4 feet deep and the wood floor was unstable and slanting. John drew up detailed plans for the Upper Arlington Building Department which were approved. He demolished the original front porch and built an entirely new front porch that is 8-feet deep, with bead-board ceiling and beautiful trim. The project resulted in a remarkable improvement in our house's curb appeal and functionality. John was professional, punctual, creative and reasonable throughout the scope of the project. I would hire him again.

Went great. We had two layers of roof to be removed. John and his crew tore off the old shingles and put new roof on in two days! These guys know how to work! Looking forward to having them return for a new deck!

John came the same day I called after another company I chose from home advisor did not respond to my request. He came after I got home from work, repaired my front door and did not want to charge me. I would highly recommend him & will probably call him again for other repairs.
