Premier Contractors

We hired Tim Kirk for a whole home remodel in May. In August Tim started missing workdays, providing varying excuses. There were still dozens of tasks left. He began ignoring our messages. He abandoned the job in November keeping thousands of dollars of materials we paid for. We moved into the house without countertops. We had to call every countertop company in the area until we found the one with our order. Tim had not made the deposit, so the company never started the job. We then paid for installation. A major task left incomplete was the install of a mini split air conditioner/heater for our converted garage. We can't find an HVAC company to complete an install someone else started. A week after our kitchen appliances were installed the appliance store called and said Tim's check bounced. Tim paid later that week. We believe Tim underbid our job and ran out of money. Had he been honest we could have worked it out and still been happy. He chose not to do that. We hired a lawyer.

I was having a very tough time finding a company that could do all the types of work I needed complete. Plumbing plus a bathroom remodel. Over and over I had companies tell me I'd have to find them partners to complete the various parts of the effort and it became a logistical nightmare. As soon as I chatted with Premier contractors, I knew I had found a company I could work with. I interacted with a gentleman named Tim who was professional, well-spoken and knowledgeable. The estimate was completed quickly with the work scheduled and finished in quick succession. Immediately I ask premier contractors to do a kitchen remodel and again the work finished quickly, and the quality was high. I would highly recommend hiring premier contractors do any and all work you need completed!

Tim arrived promptly then explained what actually caused the soffit deterioration in the first place, next he proceeded to explain the repair process, and created an estimate. Tim was able to do the repair job in one day, cleaned up his work area, and removed all the damaged debris.

He did a good job, he fixed the window and finish the job. It looks nice.
