It went well! I called Jerry on Saturday and he responded immediately. Jerry saves the weekend for repairs and was able to have a crew member fix it on Sunday morning. They did a good job fixing the hole and used an extra shingle that we had on hand. Our roof had been replaced in 2011. I was told to call them if the repair caused us any problem in the future. I was pleased with the professionalism of Jerry and his crew member.

The installation of our new roof could not have gone better. Premiere worked well with our insurance company. It's been awhile but I believe we decided to pay a little more on our own to upgrade to architectural roofing shingles which have more durability and last longer. Well worth it for the peace of mind. I'd use Premiere again in a heartbeat but I hope it's not for another new roof because that will mean severe weather came our way again and I wouldn't wish that on our neighborhood again.

Met with Mr. Plageman in my home after he inspected roof and provided a cost estimate to replace roof. He was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable and his price was right in line with what I had determined through research the price should be. He told me when the job could be scheduled and said it would be done in one day -- and the site would be completely clean when they left. He was true to his word. His crew arrived very early, worked all day and completed the job including cleanup by the time I returned home from work. Had no problems following the installation. I would definitely recommend Premiere Exteriors -- I was completely satisfied. <br />
