Premiere Exteriors was recommended by a neighbor who was in a similar situation to us with the same insurer and (likely) similar shingle damage due to a hail event in August of 2019. Carey (co-owner) Responded quickly to out initial call and came out to look at the roof. He is super friendly and answered all of our questions. We started a claim with our insurer that day. MaryBeth (other co-owner) is just the kindest, most smiling, pleasant, helper, possibly in all of the roofing businesses in MN. Even when they were swamped with work she kept us informed and current with the status, next steps and rescheduling our roof replacement start date (weather related). Clay, the production manager knows his craft, is a skilled tradesperson himself and really helped inform us of how our roofing system works and why the various components work together. Clay oversaw our projects’ logistics and the roofing crew to help ensure details were not missed and the level of work performed would meet our expectations and it did. The roof looks great, the roofing crew did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves and Clay did a completely separate clean-up using a rilling magnet to “find” many of the roofing nails still in the lawn (we have to kids and a dog that are always in the yard, so this was VERY appreciated). We are satisfied with our experience with Premiere Exteriors and would recommend them ESPECIALLY compared to some quite unpleasant stories we’ve read and heard about other roofing companies and their teams/employees.

It went great they did the work on time. Their explanation of service was thorough and they did a good job cleaning up. I've recommended them to 2 of my friends who were also happy with their work.

Marybeth and Carey are the perfect duo! They made the process of picking out materials fun, and really helped in the decision making process. Their hired contractors were excellent; hardworking, clean and pleasant. Our project was our entire roof on both the house and detached garage, all windows, trim and siding on our peaks. The quality of the product used was exceptional. Communication was on point through out the project and if we had any questions come up, we always received prompt responses from their knowledgeable team. I have recommended to many!

We had Premier Exteriors replace a supporting post that was ant infested. Clay came out and did the entire project. He did an amazing and beautiful job! I'm excited for them to also be replacing our front door soon!

Every step of the way with this company went above and beyond, great communication, the roofers looked so happy doing the work always had a smiles on, they layed down tarps to collect all the debris, they didn't leave one single shingle behind, I highly recommend them, they will not disappoint.

Very very good. They were very prompt and very customer focus.

They arrived at 7:00am sharp, did a full house roof w/attached garage and detached shop tear off and re shingle. The were completely cleaned up and gone by 2:00pm. This was in February so they shoveled the roof first. Very impressive and professional. The owner know how to keep his crews happy and effective at what they are doing. The cost was very competitive and worth checking out. My next house will be roofed by PREMIRE EXTERIORS!!
