In September 2024 Josh Jones (the owner and operator) was contracted to do a service panel upgrade for my older home and he was paid $4925 for his service. Along with the panel upgrade, Josh was supposed to add two outlets to the outside of our property and install two ceiling fans. Those two services were never received. Additionally, Josh's work on the outside panel is very poor and messy. I asked Josh to schedule an inspector (as every electrician should). Josh promised that the inspector was no problem at all and he has all this work inspected. It is now almost December 2024 and an inspector has not been scheduled and the additional services were never received. In fact, I cannot get a hold of Josh. I've called and texted Josh many many times with no avail (Please see the attached texts) I did get one response from Josh's number after a few unanswered messages. The message was from his wife... she stated that Josh was very busy and that she would schedule an appointment for Josh to finish his work. I scheduled an appointment via Josh's wife, took off work, and he never showed up to my address. I called Josh but he never answered. Josh has not tried to resolve the problem. I've contacted my real estate agent and she stated that Josh has been answering her friends texts and calls. (That is also in the attachments) I just want Josh to schedule the inspection and finish his work.

I've worked with dozens of tradesmen and contractors while renovating our house in Centennial and none are as great to work with as Premier. Josh is friendly (and Cindy's great too!), he's on reliable and shows up when he says he's going to, he's tidy and respectful, he's knowledgable and honest, and something truly unique: he pays attention to the details and takes pride in the quality of his work. He's installed outlets, moved and installed new lighting, added ceiling fans to our bedrooms - whatever I need, he can do! Premier Electrical is worth every penny! I can't recommend them highly enough (and I have high standards).

We struggled to find an electrician for a while and we used many other companies. Josh's price and quality tops anyone else that we've found and we've been working with him ever since.
