They were awesome. I had an oddball sized garage door and they were able to locate and install a new one, add a lift motor, replace all of the channeling and add an outside entry keypad. Now I'm able to park the cars inside once again. <br />

They have previously replaced one of the pieces of wood that broke off the gate and they have worked on the gate when it would not open (determined there was a defect due to the cold) and replaced the defective part. We have always been happy with their work. I think it is a fairly small company so sometimes they can't get out same day but they have kept us informed of their status. We would definitely use them again! <br />

Premier Entry Systems was quick to respond to my request for an initial quote for the work. I was impressed by their reviews on Angie's List and they exceeded my expectations. The gentlemen who installed the garage openers and gate opener were professional and helped us to understand how to operate both. When the solar panel failed to generate enough power to operate the gate and the clickers failed (yes we tried to reset), they were quick to fix the situation. I was truly impressed with their level of professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to use them in future and would highly recommend them. <br />

They were very professional and quick. Very patient making sure that they programmed my car and remote key pad to work with new opener. The installer even said to call his cell phone and he'd walk me through programming my wife's car if I had any issues. <br />

They arrived on time and the 2-man team completed all the work in about an hour and a half. All work was done neatly and Rick explained all of the operational details to me. Quality equipment and a quality installation by skilled workers. I would definitely use them again. <br />

.They did a great job! These guys showed up on time, got the job done quickly and went the extra mile. I was very satisfied and rate them an A+. Not only did they do a professional job at a reasonable price - they took care of a few wiring issues that I wasn't aware of and didn't charge me even though it took them extra time to fix the issue. I wish they were in Florida because I moved and need a new garage door and opener in my new house!

I contacted the business by going by their office and warehouse and met with Les who told me he would go by my home and check the old door. He was informative and gave me a quote at the office which never changed. He told me that he would have a crew by home the next Thursday morning and they showed up promptly and completed the work with an hour or so. The door looks great, works perfectly and they cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them and will be glad to give them a reference anytime. <br />

<p>We've had two other companies look at our wrought iron entry gate and had been told that it was our battery. We replaced the battery, but continued to have problems with the gate opening. I call Premier Entry Systems and spoke with Les and explained that it might be our solar panel. He asked several questions and thought that could be the problem. I asked or an approximate cost and he told me he would check and call me back. He was quick to return the call with the cost and said he could have someone come to our house the next day. He was informative, courteous and very helpful.</p> <p>The next morning Kevin came at the time he told us he would and check the panel and indeed it was not holding a charge. He also checked our battery and said it was okay. He installed the new solar panel in a very short amount of time. Again, he was informative and courteous. </p> <p>We could not have been happier with their services and will definitely use them in the future. Our neighbors are having a similar problem and we will share our experience with them and hopefully they will use this good company as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you - great job!!</p> <br />

<p>They did an awesome job getting my garage door functional again. It was quick and professional. They appeared same day and I was very pleased with their work. </p> <p>I asked how much they charge for two springs, additional tension wheel, plus labor - they said $300 dollars. Family Christian Doors charged me $500 for the same work. Be ware of Family Christian Doors inflated pricing.</p> <p>I will always use Premier Entry Systems because of their fair price and professional work.</p> <br />
