Overall excellent experience and results. Would highly recommend this company. Two details detracted from what would have otherwise been a near perfect installation and contractor experience, both of which I became aware of only after installation was complete: 1) the type of Roof Edging/Drip Cap used was so large, and extended down so far over the roof edges, it covered the existing original construction crown molding around the roof lines - obscuring a significant character feature of this older home; and, 2) the airflow capacity of the new Ridge Vent system was negatively impacted by the imprecise and incomplete manner in which the crew opened the hole in old roof ridge boards during installation. This was a notable departure from the much more precise and professional manner described during the estimate and booking process regarding how the Ridge Vent system installation work would actually be accomplished. Again, I would highly recommend Premier Systems overall - but would suggest you emphasize your specific expectations upfront with your Premier Systems Rep if either of these two project parameters apply to your situation.
