No problems with gutter cleaning. However, company did not complete "minor repair" to gutter that I requested and was told could be completed.

Provider was over 2 hours late arriving. I had furnished my phone number so a call letting me know that they were running late would have been the professional and courteous thing to do. Since they were running so late, the job was not finished in one day. Provider had to return the next day to finish the job, which was not a problem for me. The provider did a good job once they did finish. I would use the provider again since they did a great time at a good price but would expect them to be on time. <br />

Once we spoke on the phone, they in-turn called you to get further directions. Upon arrival to your home, they realized that your home was over 3000sqft. I told them to move forward with the cleaning even though the deal only allotted 2000sqft. I hope that you do appreciate that we did not charge for the extra square footage and were able to get your home clean. Thanks for your business and again thanks for the review."

It went well. They charged us another $350 on top of the Big Deal. They did an excellent job in cleaning the exterior of the house. It was cleaned excellently, but I thought the price was a little high.
