The owner of the company and his entire team were professional and very thorough in explaining the work that they would be doing and providing education around the variety of roofs and accessories that we could choose from. This was also very helpful given that we’ve never had to replace a roof before. And for anybody who has an HOA this was also helpful because they provided imaging and text to be able to send over and making the process much easier for us. When the day came to install the roof, the installers were timely, and I was able to communicate with the owners of the company and their team relatively easily for any questions and follow up to my satisfaction. They also provided pictures of the completed project so that I could see the roof.

Ricardo and his team did a great job with replacing our roof. Ricardo was thorough and professional in presenting options for roof replacement. On the day of installation, workers came on time and were able to do the full installation and clean up from 7am to 2pm. They were hard working and did a great job cleaning up all of the discards and trash before leaving. Additionally, Ricardo and his team were very responsive when we had questions or wanted to discuss things. This was a large expense for our family so we are happy with the process and quality. Highly recommend them.

The owner, Ricardo, came over and gave a very detailed and thorough presentation of the entire roof install process. Lauren assissted me with the payment process which was easy to complete. The crew was here nice and early and were very friendly and professional, asked if I had any questions and then started the roof work. It took about 8 hours to include finishing with a great clean up of my yard, deck and porch from any falling debris. Germany came by after the install and went over all the warranty information and we finished off with a call to Lauren to make the 2nd half of the payment which again, was an easy process. Premier Exteriors was fast in helping me get my roof replaced after the ice storm caused leaking. They came out the next day, thoroughly explained my roof options and then had my roof replaced just a couple of days later. They took only one day for the work and cleaned up after themselves. I received no complaints from my neighbors either. Lauren was super nice and informative on the phone and Ricardo was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I feel good with my purchase.

Despite our townhome located in a difficult space (away from parking). the roofers managed to deliver the product and install in under 6 hours, as guaranteed. Additionally, we have peace of mind in the quality of the shingles and other materials that it truly will last the length of the 50 year warranty.
