Premier Fencing

On December 8th 2025 I was in communication with Premier Fencing whose business was given to me by Angi s List. We discussed what I wanted done and approximate cost. I told Brian (the business owner) that I had small dogs and needed to make sure they could not get through the fence. He told me at the time that it s usually 1.5 to 2 inches between slats and I said 2 inches would work but no more than that. From December 29th 2025 to January 1st 2026 the fence was installed. On January 2nd I came home and my sons told me that the slats were too far apart and that the dogs could get through. I measured and they were 3 and 3.5 inches apart. I messaged Brian and he called me back. I told him the issue and he apologized and said I was right that is what we agreed on and he was going to make it right not to worry. He said it could be 2-3 weeks before he would be able to fix the fence but in the meantime he would come install some temporary wire fencing that would keep the dogs inside the yard. He also said the fence company forgot to include gate caps and would make sure to get those and I told him the gate needs to also be secured to the house because it was wobbly. He said he would also make it more sturdy. He installed the wire fencing and stopped communicating with me. I have called and texted the same number I used to initially communicate with Brian but have received no correspondence. I paid Brian in full with two payment the first payment was on December 15th 2025 in the amount of $1,854.64 and the second payment was on January 1st 2026 in the amount of $1558.00.

I requested estimates from fencing contractors through Angi. Within hours Premier Fencing Co. called and setup an appointment to give me an estimate to replace my aging, dilapidated fence. The owner, Brian Koehn came up with a bid that was within our budget. The project was not an easy one. Posts had to be set adjacent to a bamboo stand and mature trees with large roots. Pipes used to reinforce existing rotted fence posts were difficult to remove. The finished project was exactly what I had envisioned. Top notch workman. Enjoyed the process. Would highly recommend this company for your fencing needs.

Brian is detail oriented like myself that's why we hit it off right from the start. I can't say enough how happy I am about my horizontal wooden fence.
