Excellent. The owner and sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable, not high pressure at all. The installation crew was very skilled and professional. They cleaned everything up, moved furniture,and did a great job.

things went good an was really suprised that any kind of mess was kept to absolute minimum an they cleaned up very well each day before they left my project was a time consuming project but they did there best to get it done in the least amount of time,an when they were finished 1 of the guys even cleaned the floor like he lived here. Bathroom ceramitile we had put on the floor an the custom shower turned out really good,i had an idea on how i wanted it an the installer went over with me how a small change could be less costly then what i was thinking of doing, over all i was very pleased with the work even through the minor hicups we had along the way!!!!

<p>My wife and I were very pleased with the services provided by Premier Flooring. Tim and Todd were very accommodating in helping us to find the best carpeting for our home at a very extremely competitive price. While Premier Flooring has a small shop compared to others, they can provide you with about any brand or type of flooring product.  But, the most important part of any flooring project is the installation, and Todd the installer was exceptional.  We chose carpeting with a pattern without knowing it requires a little extra effort to make sure the pattern lines up correctly.  Fortunately, Todd had the experience and pride of workmanship to make sure the splices all lined up correctly.  Even though the project took more time than originally anticipated, Todd didn't cut corners just to get it. done, and that reflects what he knows is the expectation of the owner.  What really matters is when it is all done and your wife turns to you and says  "Honey, this really exceeded all my expectations!". </p>

Every thing went well.  Installer came in ready to go to work.  Quickly determined what needed to be done.  Took care to protect our stuff.  Quickly pulled up old carpet and removed toilet. Underlayment was bad due to water damage. Removed and replaced. Finished install of new tile. Whole process took a little over 3 hours.  Price beat all local competitors.

The staff helped us immensely by offering suggestions on what would work with our budget and needs and were very knowledgeable about all of the products.  The completed floor looks so beautiful and we are beyond happy with how things went from start to finish! Highly recommended.
