Premier Floorz

I had new plank flooring installed. The installation does not look like it was done by professionals. I could have installed it myself without any experience and did a better job. They did nothing to prepare the floor even though I made it clear that I wanted it done correctly and was willing to pay extra if additional work was required. This conversation was witnessed by several people. I have had nothing but problems with the floor since it was installed. There are numerous areas that have sizable gaps under the flooring that depress approximately a quarter to a half of an inch when walked on. There are several planks that have lifted and tore. The area by the back door has significant gaps under the flooring. The installer told me that once I installed the molding, the gap would go away, which does not seem correct. If the flooring was installed correctly, there would not be a gap. There are numerous areas that look like they were chopped together. I had to glue the cove base in several areas because there was no glue applied by the installer. I believe a lot of this relates to the installers not showing up until afternoon and then rushing to get done. A job that should have taken a day and a half dragged on for a week. There are several planks that have lifted and tore that need replaced. I have contacted the installer at least seven times and left message and have yet to receive a call back. After spending thousands of dollars, I now have to pay another company to fix all the issues. Do not use this Company. They are not trustworthy nor are they professional.

The floor itself looks okay. The workers, however, snooped around our house. Took things from rooms, played with things in the house. We have evidence of this on our camera that was set up while they were working.

Excellent job done. The two guys we had were very nice and did an incredible job. First time ever doing carpet for our first house and we’d definitely go with Premier Floorz again.

I called and got an estimate on the same day. The price was very good and we set a date for the project, and I put a small deposit down. Two men showed up on time and were very polite, helpful and professional. They got everything done in 3 hours. I paid with the CC. It was quick and hassle free experience. I would hire them again for sure
