The job was done in a timely fashion by professionals. They were neat and polite. When we were not watching (in awe) their work, they called us into the room to show us how it looked. Due to the scope of this design, it was done in phases. Throughout it was quite obvious that they took great pride in their work. Carmine went above and beyond on this project. He did so many things to make this special. He will guide you as he did us. He will make suggestions that will save you money, time, etc. We just finished this bathroom project that used four slabs of granite. It is even more beautiful then we could have ever imagined. We are so pleased that we are seriously discussing having Carmine replace our granite counter tops and back splashes in out kitchen.

I'm so glad that we found Premier. Mike and Kemper were excellent at helping us to decide what natural stone was best for our project. We looked at quite a few granite/stone fabricators and found Premier to offer the best selection and the most knowledgeable staff. The sell and fabricate the slabs, thus eliminating the middle man. We love our counters!

Premier Granite did a remarkable job. Their customer service and quality of work was exceptionable. We had a complex layout and researched/reviewed with numerous granite contractors and Premier not only came back with the best plan, but delivered in every aspect from a quality, scheduling and workmanship standpoint. The even came back to replace a section of backsplash which they were not pleased with, but looked perfectly fine as initially installed. I would not use anyone other than Premier if installing granite in the future.

Even though my need was very small I was shown numerous possible pieces and found exactly what I was looking for. The finished piece is gorgeous. I ordered the piece in early December and Premier actually had it ready for me before Christmas even though I didn't specify a special need. Very pleased.

Perfect! From the huge selection of granite, marble and soapstone. To the time that was taken by Mike and his staff to ensure we picked the right stone for us. To the attention to detail by Scott with measurements and installation by Artie and his crew, everything was perfect. We were blown away by the level of professionalism from the beginning to the end of the project. I can't recommend Premier Granite and Stone enough.

It went well until they told me at the 11th hour that my quartz countertop would require a seam! The area was only 10 linear feet at standard depth with no backsplash. I took great care on making the product selection and they took my order and sent someone to measure. After the measure when they were ready to cut the stone, they notified me saying that the product I selected came in a max length of 10 feet. This would not allow for appropriate overhang and bevel without a seam. They knew what my needs were, and they should have told me this fact when I made the selection; I would have chosen something else. Luckily the technician was smart enough to call me bscore he cut. I had to make a different selection which turned out to be a lower price, but it was a 2nd choice not my preferred. This also delayed my project another month. The install went well and the product looks fine.

While we are pleased that you were satisfied with the final installation from 2015, we are sorry that you were disappointed with the delay and that you were unable to go with your first stone choice due to wanting to avoid having a seam in your countertop. We understand how details like seams and proper overhangs are important to our customers, which is precisely why our process is designed to identify and draw attention to these issues before we proceed with installation. In your case, we discovered that your first choice of stone would require a seam during layout. As you probably remember, the layout stage is where we plot out the precise dimensions of a countertop on a computer, which determines where and how we will cut a stone slab into its final shape. This step occurs after we take in-home measurements, but before we begin fabricating the material. As you noted, we were aware at the time that you did not want a seam in your countertop. Despite our best efforts, our templates revealed that there was no way to avoid one for your original selection, which is when we reached out to you to inform you of your options. As you also pointed out, we were able to lower the price of your second choice of stone, which was a different color. We apologize for any inconvenience the modified timeframe for the new stone may have caused. We always regret when we can't provide a customer with their first choice, no matter what the reason, but we hope you came away from your experience with us feeling that we did our best to ensure that you were satisfied with the finished product. We hope you are still happy with your countertop, but if you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to work with you again."

We are very pleased with our new granite kitchen countertop. Everyone at Premier was very helpful and did a great job--Kemper who helped us select a gorgeous slab and saw us through the whole process, Bob who did a great layout which we were able to review before the cutting, Artie and Scottie who did a perfect installation, and all the others who were involved in some way. We definitely recommend Premier.

I had someone at my house within 30 minutes fixing my sink after a holiday weekend. The technician even paid special attention to our dog which made the experience over the top. I would most certainly recommend these kind people to everyone. Great work!

The sales person met with us on a Saturday morning, which was very convenient. He explained the process of selecting a slab, and it did not matter where we got the granite slab from. After the slab was selected, it was only a matter of a day before we received our quote for the job. There were no hidden costs; every cost was spelled out in the quote. This is very important to me - I find too many times there are additional charges that you had no idea were required, and the job becomes more expensive than budgeted for. <br /> Once I made the down payment (1/2 of total required), it was not even 2 weeks until install. I believe it was around 12 days. Premier was very good at letting us know what we could expect. On the day of installation, they covered our carpets so they would not track dirt in. The installation team was very professional. Once the install was done, they explained how to take care of the granite, and what types of actions to avoid. If we had/have any issues, they said to call anytime. <br /> I would definitely recommend Premier to anyone looking to have a granite or other type of stone installed!

Upon arrival at Premier we were met by Kemper Dickerson, one of Premier's representatives. Mr. Dickerson did an OUTSTANDING job for us from start to finish in this process starting with the selection of a piece of granite from the many that were available. <br /> Kemper took his time to explain the pluses and minuses of various pieces we reviewed, giving us his complete attention throughout the process. As we were looking for our selection, we could see nearby work to being precision cut for other job orders - a fascinating process. <br /> After making our decision on a piece of granite for our work requirements, Kemper worked closely with us and with our contractor to schedule the preparation of our finished product in a most timely manner. We couldn't have been happier! <br /> Since this work was done as part of our contract, we really don't have an exact figure for the cost of our purchase. Since they were on a recommended list from our contractor ,we knew they already had a good track record of service and delivery at a fair cost. <br /> We do know, however, that this firm did an outstanding job for us and we have already recommended them to several friends considering or already involved in renovation projects. <br />
