Technician Jacob came out to the house to perform a furnace tune-up. We had been having some issues with short cycling and it turned out to be a dirty/corroded flame sensor. Jacob was extremely professional and courteous, conducted a very thorough tune-up, and took the time to answer our questions. Upfront pricing with no surprises and no attempts at upselling. We purchased the $199 special for the furnace tune-up and, later this Spring, A/C tune-up. Trip charges were included in the $199. I felt we received good value for the money and would recommend this company, and specifically Jacob, to others looking for HVAC services.

Great experience.. .being a dad and looking for a HVAC system for my daughter I interviewed 3 high class companies and Premier was the winner on their presentation/systems/warranty.. The good news is their service and installation lived up to their presentation She had an new HVAC system within a week with great price and terms.. Their sales person followed up with us and small hiccups were taken care of promptly and efficiently. All good news and would encourage a look at their sales/service as their voice represents their actions..

Installation took longer than anticipated, and one element had to be redone about 2 weeks later, but overall very satisfied with Premier. They completed testing and submitted paperwork to Xcel for the rebate program as promised.

I met Reed, the owner, at the Colorado Home and Garden show in Feb 2017. He was very patient in explaining all of their services/products/financing and addressed all of my initial questions/concerns. I coordinated an in home estimate with Kelly, within a couple of days of the show, who arrived on time and was just as patient and professional as Reed. Kelly walked me thru the options and offered recommendations of which I was never uncomfortable feeling as if he had to make the sale but rather he was looking to provide me solutions. After I selected Premier for the installations, the team arrived on time as they communicated, were very clean with their work, professional and again were very patient in sharing with me their progress as they proceeded and address all of my questions. The key here is that the entire Premier teams responses were all very consistent and never did any of the Premier team make me feel like a novice, they truly treated as a valued customer. Once my installation was completed, my basement was as clean as when they arrived, the installer took time to walk me thru all of the equipment, discussed maintenance, the possible rebates and provided me with all of the info needed if anything should not seem right. For such a large purchase, I have never felt so comfortable with the products, services and company. I will not only continue to use Premier for future work but I would highly recommend them to friends, family and Angie list customers....Thanks again Premier!!!

Our AC unit bit the dust during one of the hottest July weeks (7/14). We gathered several estimates for a new furnace (it was over 20 years old)and AC unit from different providers. The Premier estimate was not the lowest or highest. They provided additional information as to their installation that rectified issues with the original installation. The other companies had not mentioned seeing or correcting those issues. Premier covered all bases, including arranging for the necessary permits, the use of their own accredited and licensed crew with electrician and a great financing plan. New wiring was implemented and brought up to code. The crew was prompt, courteous and clean with the installation (drop cloth was laid and protective cover boots worn). Old remnants were carted off and the site cleaned. The new hardware was thoroughly explained as to operation, warranties and maintenance. We had the ducts cleaned by Premier before the major work and am most satisfied. You could not imagine the items that were lurking in those ducts. As of this date (12/05/14),I thoroughly recommend Premier,their workmanship and product.

All of the parts required for the job were staged before the technicians arrived. The technicians were very nice and competent and they put down a drop cloth to protect the carpet and rug leading to the stairs to the basement where the furnace was located. They removed the old, flood damaged furnace and the old air conditioner. They installed the new furnace, air conditioner, the new exhaust and combustion air piping required for the high efficiency furnace and replaced the copper tubing from the new air conditioner compressor to the "A" coil in the duct work. The technicians answered all of my questions and I was impressed with the finished product. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. <br />

The materials arrived about 15 minutes ahead of the crew and were staged for efficient use outdoors and for bringing into the house. Four guys arrived as scheduled and immediately all went to work - a flurry of activity. The guys inside laid down plastic and had covers on their shoes so that no dirt was tracked. <br /> I had been told that the installation would take a full day - and they were true to their word. Things were explained as they went so I knew how to use the thermostat, change the furnace filter, etc. They were all very professional and courteous, and when they left I couldn't tell they'd been there. Not only was the service outstanding, but the products are even better! My utility bills are proof as is the extremely quiet air conditioner running outside. I couldn't be happier with the service or results. <br />

They did a nice job. I had no issues. I need to have them back to do one recommended repair by the inspector but other than that, they signed off on it. They did a great job. They came when they said they would to do the work and it works fine.

They were really knowledgeable about the existing heater that I had and they ended up showing me that it was insufficient duct work so instead of putting another heater in, we ended up doing the duct work because the previous was not enough for the system. They seemed pretty knowledgeable. They were definitely on the ball on getting out there, doing the work and communicating everything so it was good.
