Hello: Just some quick comments regarding Joseph Miller and his Property Partners of Apple Creek Team. THEY DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK! We hired them to "period correct" restore the circa 1950s slab-wood sided log cabin on our property in Bath, OH. If interested in gaining information about the full period-correct restoration, do a Google search for Bath Country Journal, Bath Ohio (June 2026 edition). There is a cover-story about the extensive project with photos. Given Joseph and his Team did such a GREAT JOB with our log cabin restoration project, we have hired him to do a complete remodel (with enhancements) of the kitchen in our home (complete with changing the ceiling from being FLAT to being SLANTED to follow the slant of the roof of our ranch-style home. My wife and I are looking forward to being WOWed with the "end results" of our kitchen RE-DO project. Dr. Don H (Bath, OH)

Theydid a terrible rushed job. I had to call them back twice, because they left boards on the corner not matched up (with a wide gap) and the head guy knew right away what I meant, yet they had left it that way anyway. If it had been left that way, the two sharp corners would?ve been broken off with time. They left no spacing between my boards, and I?ve waited a long period of time to see if they would shrink and have a space with Time, and they haven?t. Therefore, I have constant, pooling of water on my balcony. It?s also bad to not have spacing, because when the boards try to expand and contract, they will begin to split and you could have cupping problems. It also makes it impossible to clean the balcony, good, because things get stuck between the boards since there?s not enough space for you to sweep things between the cracks and clean the cracks good between the boards. They also cut space off of my balcony all-around, from putting the railing in so far.
