Excellent. Due to unexpected circumstances, I had an urgent need for an inspector for a pending condo purchase. I contacted Steve at 9 a.m., he called me back immediately, and by 1 p.m. he and his son were on site. They did a thorough job, explaining every thing they were doing and found. Honestly priced and serious about their work.

Stephen was terrific. He definitely was looking out of my interest unlike the realtors many times who just want to make a deal. He was extremely detailed and checked everything. He also gave us an idea of the amount needed to fix these issues. Andy provided us with the inspection report that the same day. Andy was very professional and had knowledge of home construction. Andy was a contractor prior to doing home inspections, that knowledge is a added bonus. Andy pointed out a few items as a buyer I would not have noticed. Andy was on time as promised and answered all questions I had about the home. Best part was that my inspection was emailed to me the same night, so I could move quicker with the purchase of the home. Very fair price, I highly recommend!
