Installers were great. Company was beyond disappointing. The installers ending up quiting mid-job when they sent the wrong shower door. Apparently, the installers haven't gotten paid for ours and the last 4 jobs. We never blamed the installers and we were glad they stood up for themselves.

Terrible, they didn?t do the job, the floor they laid wasn?t even laid correctly has the be ripped up and redone. They won?t give us our money back that we paid. Terrible service and customer service as they wouldn?t even answer our calls or anything just stopped showing up.

Professional, polite and hard working. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up when finished. We got exactly what we wanted. Very happy with them and would definitely recommend to others.

We had a very bad experience with the first work crew that came out. Everything they did had to be removed. Then they sent us Jake and he did a marvelous job and we loved the way he did all of the work. You need to have more installers with Jakes skills and you will have a very successful business. Mike Hunt was also very instrumental in getting our situation righted and sending Jake our way. A big thanks to Mike and Jake for making this a successful install. Because of the unskilled first crew and having to remove their work the job took almost two weeks

The installation went very smoothly, and the finished product is a wonderful change from having to step over the side of an antiquated tub. Now we feel much safer taking showers and cleanup is a breeze. John and Pasqual were professional and friendly, so much so that we actually kind of missed them the morning after they finished. I would recommend your company to anyone.

75 years old house with a very small bathroom decided to convert tub to a shower .spent over $17,000. I?m trying to love it but I can?t sales lady didn?t take into consideration the size of bathroom. I had about 16 inches between toilet and tub . shower door handle sticks out past the wall by about a half an inch - I hit my arm on it. If you don?t move the shower door towards the front, you hit your head on the handle. I ordered a niche which couldn?t be installed on the side they refused to give me any type of refund. My only choices were to put the niche on the back wall, which I did not want or I had the option of taking two corner shelves, which were ugly because you could see the bracket underneath them. So am out that money Installation team consisted of one man very nice guy however when he was taking the old tub pieces out, put a big scratch in my woodwork, would I do it again no absolutely not.

Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!

Did not receive the color of shower base that was on an order change. Poor communication between customer service and install team. Installer was unprofessional in handling situation.

In summary, they provide an average product in line with Bath Fitter, Bath Authority, etc. Once you hand them the payment, don't expect them to be grateful for your business any longer. In detail, my rating pertains to my installation experience. My installation time was not 1-2 day, as advertised, but 4 separate appointments over 2 months. I was initially sold a niche that could not be installed due to their refusal to modify studs behind the wall, so I was defaulted to 4 shelves. On the 2nd appointment, they installed the shelves poorly (not equally spaced or level). On the 3rd appointment, they fixed the shelf spacing and leveling, but did not have all of the products to finish the job, so they had to come back again. Due to their policy that all other appointments other than the initial installation appointment are considered service calls, they would not offer a refund of any value (I initially asked for $500) for not performing the install in the advertised time and for an incorrect installation. They state on their website that they are a "a highly experienced bathroom remodeling contractor", but from my experience, the technician that initially installed the shelves was not, as the simple shelf installation could have been performed by a mildly handy individual with a drill, measuring tape, and level. I asked them for a receipt on three different occasions. They say they'll get it to you, but then forget.

Should have told me to cover the bedroom since I had to hire a cleaning lady to clean. the white dust over all the bedroom!!!

The tub and area surrounding is beautiful. Tech was able to come back the next day and fix a small issue and all works fine now.

The team was professional, and timely. The end product was excellent.

The rep at the estimate said that what set them apart was their craftsmanship and integrity. The installation job was done so poorly that it cannot be fixed without tearing out all the walls again. We were assured the subfloor would be replaced, it was not. Told us that surround would be reinforced with wood, it was not. And so far they have acted completely indifferent to the poor install.

We had two bathrooms done, The contractor they sent out to do the work was extremely meticulous (thank you Merle). The reason for the 3.5 rating on customer service is that the company gave us tiny little shelves for a new linen closet that we had installed where the old shower had been. My husband emailed the salesperson a week ago about getting that remedied and hasn't heard back even though the salesperson said he'd look into it. The bathrooms are beautiful, however, we weren't told that they wouldn't patch up drywall until the job was underway. We have painters coming this week to do that and repaint. Guess we still also have to find someone to make us proper sized shelves.

We recently had a removal of Tub/Shower and replaced it with a walk-in Shower from start to finish Premier Home Pros was very professional and the communication was great. Thank you team, I couldnâ t be more impressed. Austin was our technician and was very professional, and incredibly thorough. The results, outstanding, our Shower looks amazing! The attention to detail and quality of service were exceptional. I highly recommend Premier Home Pros for anyone looking for a great experience with their installation and outcome. The service was great but had some minor complaints. First of all the salesman said they would cover all walkways...and they didnt do that also they didnt close either of the two doors causing LOTS of dust through out the house when it would of been confine to only one room. Last is they caulk outside the shower doors that i feel was unnecessary. It looked very unprofessional it was not straight and neat. They came out and tried to remove it but could not all the way. They were going to replace the new shower doors hardware but my wife and i decided we didnt want our news shower doors remove and new holes drilled into our new shower wall.
