Jovany and his work partner were very efficient, friendly and did a fantastic job. I have nothing but praise for them, Alexander and everyone I dealt with at Premier Homes.

The professional that was assigned to complete our bathroom renovation was Cory Rose. We found Cory to be very knowledgeable and efficient in His work. The quality of his Craftsmanship and of the materials used were excellent. Cory was very professional and Courteous at all times while he Was completing the renovation Of our bathroom. Antonio was professional when he arrived he explained what he was going to do. In detail and began demolition immediately. He kept us in the loop during construction luckily there was no rot or mold. Overall a Fantastic job! Very thorough in clean up and debris removal. Was a total pleasure working with a ON TIME PROFESSIONAL ( which is rare in south Florida!)

The salesman sets expectations, 2 days, we were called and this was set for 10am, I agreed...he shows up at 8am...like we have no life, I took 2 days off..at a zoom meeting with clients at 8am...I was a no-show and had to reschedule with no notice, he assumes a lot and redesigns on the fly, cause he knows...I had evening plans for 7pm. Had to send my wife alone. He assumed he could work till he was done, again like we have no life, till 11pm. An expectation not set by salesman. He left wall damage and silicone that I have to clean and repair, cement overspray all over driveway that I know have to reseal driveway..hey but it was done in 1 day, I guess...I would not recommend this company.

Cory Rose was professional, personable and worked clean and effectively getting the job done solo. Both my husband and I were impressed with his knowledge in so many key aspects of the job. Cory represented the company very well. Our Sales gal Kali Bernicke was awesome as well and was available to answer questions throughout the process.

The shower, vanity, mirror, floor are perfect, I did tell the sales person Anthony I needed chair hight toilet as I have an elderly aunt here, but I got standard instead. I had to go out and purchase a light fixture as that wasn't included, the walls are undone, for $25,000 I expected my bathroom to be remodeled o Not just an install, I feel like I've been robbed, in addition to that I see the company has 50% off installation.

Mario, did a fabulous job with the complete project. He kept us well informed with the progress each day and listened to any questions/ concerns. He also was very professional and extremely friendly which made the project go smoothly. Thanks for sending us Mario he is definitely an asset to your organization.

WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR JOB. THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY, THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CONTRACT

Update: I will never do business with this company again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them. If the work had been completed in a timely manner and if the quality of the finished product had been what was promised, that could have justified the extremely premium price we paid them. Communication was horrible throughout the experience, constant delays and made-up fairy tale excuses for being late. Three months for a job that should have taken 2 weeks. Nothing ?premier? about our horrible experience so far. Communication about the job 0/10. Quality of work 0/10. Duration of the job 0/10. We?ve paid a ?premier? price and have received nothing in return. Currently waiting on a new person to return my call, as the previous area manager won?t answer my texts or phone calls. Avoid this company if you want good work at a fair price done in a timely manner. It has been 2 months without a working shower and now it must be re-done because the work is substandard and no one will get back

Ruben did a superb job from start to finish including prep, demo, install and cleanup. Very, very professional work by one individual!

He was prompt, efficient and he explained everything clearly. If needed, he asked me questions to find out my opinion. He cleaned up very nicely. A friendly guy, and professional.

The job was done just ok. The installers showed up late but were pleasant. Disappointed in the company. Did not return three messages I left. Poor customer service

The gentleman got right to work, saying they hoped to be done by 5pm. We were mighty pleased that they were done around 4pm! They were professional and efficient and I would recommend this company again!

Erik & Antonio Cortes were the best installers. Everything was done perfect They were professional in there work. Cleaned everything. Told us what to expect with new shower head and drain. Would recommend them highly
