This is the worst company i have ever employed. We were told our barhroom remodel would take 4 to 6 days to complete. It took 9 months! They were not responsive, did not keep in touch. Please for your own well being NEVER

I cannot share enough of good words about Premier home pros bath model company. My new shower was installed yesterday, about 2 weeks from the date of order and came out beautiful. From the experienced and caring bath designer Lina with interior design degree to installer Dominque who was so polite and helpful, and David & Ben who are managers at Jacksonville location who ensure that the job is done on time, & in our budget. The end result shows the top quality material, design, and craftsmanship to perfection.
When you look for a company to remodel your bathroom, this is definitely the right company who can handle the job A to Z.

I was very impressed with the sales representative Frank Farmer. He walked me through the process, from removing the tub to the installation of the shower. Mr. Farmer was very knowledgeable about the materials used to complete the project. Frank presentation in representing Premier Home Pro was excellent. I can't wait for the work to begin.

Premier Home came to our home for the appointment I set up exactly on time .Chris Suarez & Alan Fournier came fully prepared and gave a very professional and complete presentation. We were very impressed with the product and they listened to everything we wanted and worked with us on affordability of our project? we had previous presentations with other companies but we felt very confident in signing with Premier.. We enjoyed the presentation, and have no regrets meeting with them. If you are looking for a bath remodel of any kind I cannot recommend this company enough? they certainly are worth listening to to what they have to say !!

Let me say first my installer Taylor was great. My issue is the components and sales tactics. I told the sales person I was going to get a couple of estimates before deciding on a vendor. Premier was the first company I was talking to. I had done some research on the range of costs to have a tub converted to a walk-in shower. Tyler showed me the material and it was a good presentation. What I didn't like was him quoting $22,569 first and then saying if I paid a cash/check down payment and signed right then the price would be $15,891. I hate that kind of sells tactic. The material looked good and the time frame was good. So I went ahead. That was 3/28/25. My tear out and installation started when promised. When Taylor got to the glass door part. The hardware was missing. They tried to expedite it but that didn't happen. On April 17th Taylor said the hardware came in and he was heading over. When Taylor got to the door hardware it was the wrong size. It had to be ordered. Here it is May 23rd and Taylor came with the hardware and glass. Guess what the glass was the wrong size. Here we go again. Pour Taylor has not been paid yet for all the work he has already done. Of course I will not pay the remaining amount until it is finished but, the company should pay Taylor for his hard work so far. It is not his fault the pieces he is given are wrong.

The shower is beautiful.The salesman, Danny was knowledgeable, caring and professional. He was efficient, kind and easy to work with. Danny listened to what we wanted and followed through with our needs. The installers were professional and meticulous. They laid down a path of sturdy cloth to walk on and cleaned up completely. The whole job was done in a day. The quality of the materials was excellent and will last a lifetime. I would recommend Premier Home Pros to everyone.

They put in the wrong shower pan said I?m sorry we can?t fix it, didn?t put the right board behind the wall panels and made a dangerous step up and they said they won?t fix it.

From beginning of tear down to installation of shower door took about a month. Nobody gave us this information upfront. Delays included one installer getting sick and ordering of door once the shower was ?done.? We don?t care for the very large drainage area in the middle of the shower floor. The walls of the shower look great and the chair is very nice. Great shower head!

The Job was completed in one day and the Installers did a good job of taking the old shower out and putting the new one in. They made sure everything was set up the way we wanted and was very courteous.

Installation (including the professionalism of the installers) was excellent. Same with the quality of the materials. What keeps me from giving 5 stars across the board is the ridiculously long wait to get the project scheduled. I was informed that installation would be done in 6 to 8 weeks. By the 10th week I began making weekly inquiries to the Tampa FL office; where the response was polite and reassuring. However, the job was not completed until the 12th week.

Had work done in my guest bathroom which isn't listed I went under remodel. Had a tub removed and added just a shower stall. I liked their product, in fact I recommended them to a couple people. They're installers went above and beyond very pleased! My only issue was they only used Delta products I would have preferred grohe fixtures. Very fast responses to my phone calls.

I paid alot of money to have a jetted tub/shower installed in February. The project took around 6 days when we were told 2 days at most. I am still waiting for several issues to be fixed and resolved but keep getting put on the back burner due to paying them for a job that I was promised would be wrapped up quickly the few odds and ends. Currently, I have a bucket catching water in my basement because the tub overflow leaks each time I use my shower/tub. There was also a pinhole in my brand new jetted tub after installation that is not my fault but I am expected to have a tub with a patch job you can see with the money I have paid. They are supposed to replace one of my door panels that the installer must have scratched, fix my leak and make the patch job look better for me. I am not satisfied with the work for the money paid and I would not recommend them to anyone. I hope to get these issues resolved soon so that I can at least not have a leaking tub, scratched door and pink patch that I can see in my tub. I would normally recommend anyone that I hire for work because I never have a bad experience like this one has been a true disappointment. The worst part about this is the lack of communication. I have talked to many people along the way and it seems they have left the company or moved on so I get passed around to another new person.

We have attempted to go out to your home and touch up the repair and you have refused the repair. We also agreed to adding a piece of paneling in the basement that was damaged by a leak prior to us being there to help with the length of the job. Please get in touch with us when you're ready to have someone come out and correct the leak."

I wanted my oversized tub removed and to install a larger walk in shower . Luis and his team came and immediate began working on demolishing the bathroom. Everyday they cleaned up behind themselves and was patient with me to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had . They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Also Tom who is the Contract Manager also work with me even when I made the mistake .. I would recommend Luis and Tom for all your Bathroom Renovations !!! Very pleased customer !!

We live in an old home which can be difficult to work with standard measurements. Laziz and his team (Josh and Tom) did a fantastic job making sure everything was taken into consideration when installing the new shower, They were prompt, the quality of the work excellent and they did a great job cleaning up (one of my pet peeves since many workers do not). Love the manufactured stone look! Would use again and highly recommend.
