Mike, Sonny, Bill and the entire team at Premier Home Remodeling did an AMAZING job once again! After completing a hall bath remodel in October 2020, they tackled my 1990's master bed and bath and brought into 2021 with workmanship, craftmanship and style that will last for many many years. Their experience and collaboration on ideas with me, the homeowner, once again was invaluable and truly created the master retreat of my dreams!

Saying thank you doesn't even begin to express how grateful I am to Mike, Sonny & Bill for all the work they did remodeling my hall bathroom, installing new lighting in my kitchen, resurfacing and repainting walls in my daughter's bedroom and painting my ceilings. Having them in my home every day for 3 weeks was an absolute pleasure and I can't wait to see them again in March/April 2021 when we tackle the master bathroom. Their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail in everything they did was absolutely amazing and impeccable. This remodel was sentimental to me as it was paid for with money my father left me after he passed away. I know he is looking down from heaven with a huge smile at my BEAUTIFUL bathroom and saying to Mike, Sonny & Bill "Job well done and thanks for taking care of my daughter and her family." It's been almost 2 weeks with my new bathroom and I still pause and stare at it for a few moments when I walk down the hallway. Thank you Mike, Sonny & Bill for making this remodel an experience I will never forget. You all are definitely a 10++++ !!!!

The work was outstanding, they also did the lighting, they save us money on other kinds of stuff and that made us buy new lightings for the kitchen. They came under budget, which gave us more options for other things in the kitchen. They were great.

Everything went very well. We have used Mike and Sonny before to remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Mike also designed and installed a wall unit in our family room. Their attention to detail and quality of work make them our choice for every remodel or upgrade project in our home.

I personally like Sonny and Mike. They are pleasant to deal with and handled my change orders like pros. I will attempt to give a balanced assessment based on my experience. There certainly are some good and bad observations. It seemed at the beginning that I had made a great choice. At first, they were very attentive to cleanliness, got the demo done in no time, handled some water damage, made some good recommendations, and seemed on top of the job. A few weeks into the job, I expressed concern for the pace by which things were progressing. There would be days where little to nothing got done. As time went on, the attention to cleanliness began to decrease, work slowed, and I heard less and less from them. I hired them on February 21, 2020. It is now May 13, and they have not completed the work. Their last job was to have an electrician come and do work to install a tankless water heater. We went 4 weeks without hearing from their electrician, so we finally just called our own. Overall, their work is pretty good. First, the cabinets are fabulous, beautiful and well crafted. We were thrilled with some of the suggestions such as a pocket door to the closet and the upgrade of our closet. We love the way the bathroom looks. They recommended a lovely young lady to help with our design. We LOVE our new closet. We will love our bathroom even more when it is done. As I mentioned before, they handled our change orders well. There were and still are some sloppy areas with the grout lines in the shower. Their paint job was not exactly pro quality, I still have some uneven patches even though they came out several times to work on the paint. I feel like there were several areas where there was a lack of attention to details. They happily remedied everything I pointed out, and again were very pleasant and professional about it, but I felt like there were things that were pretty obvious that they missed, like the patchy paint job and the sloppy grout. I felt as time went on, they became less and less interested in my project. I am most disappointed with the time it has taken. I honestly wanted to be able to write a recommendation for them because I believe they are good guys. In the end, though, their work does not come up to the standards that we have experienced with other contractors.

We could not have been more pleased with the work that Mike, Sonny, and their team did for us. Initially, we just wanted to replace an old bathtub with a modern shower; but when we saw the quality of work that Mike did and the great suggestions they made to have our old bathroom transformed into a work of beauty, we asked them to remodel the kitchen as well. Finally, we asked if they could repair the cracked sidewalk in front of our home. Mike listened to us, made very helpful suggestions, referred us to those vendors who could supply us with exactly the type of tile, granite, lighting, and faucets that we wanted, and performed the work to exacting and high quality standards. Every man on his team was very professional and courteous. Whenever possible, they worked around our schedule; but there were times when neither my wife or I could be home while they worked. We found them to be completely trustworthy--much of the work was completed in our absence yet to our total satisfaction. Their prices were reasonable. Mike even made suggestions to help us lower the cost without sacrificing quality. The bathroom is gorgeous with a brand-new shower, beautifully tiled, and high-quality barn-door style sliding glass doors. The new granite kitchen counter fits to perfection with new, deeper, stainless steel sinks and faucets--so much so that neither of us mind doing the dishes anymore. That old florescent lighting in the kitchen that flickered and didn't work half the time was installed in a new ceiling with an array of beautiful can-lights that literally brightens our days.

Mike, Sonny and his team were AWESOME! They were able to start work before we officially moved into town and we were able to communicate via email and text. He even sent pictures to keep me updated on their progress! I was nervous about finding someone to complete such a large project and Mike & Sonny exceeded my expectations. The project took a little longer than anticipated -- but this is common in home renovation. Quality work is definitely a priority for them, and the result is beautiful! BONUS -- Sonny is awesome with lighting and helped brighten up some of our dark rooms!

"Who said long-distance relationships can’t work!! The Davises where stationed up north and being redeployed back to Jacksonville.. We meet with a close family members and did a walk-through. The Davises gave me a scope of work on which they would like completed. We re-moved the existing kitchen,Replace it with an All-wood slow close drawers and doors,crown molding,rollouts and finish it off with granite countertops stainless steel Undermount sink with a soft water connection. The master bathroom we removed everything, install new tile throughout bath and shower stall, vanity with pharmacy, install granite countertop with under-mounted porcelain sinks. Installed frameless glass shower enclosure. Other two Bathroom’s converted a tub to a shower, new vanity with granite countertops and under/mounted porcelain sink’s. and tile throughout, other bathroom new tub vanity and tile throughout. Installed hardwood floors throughout home. Installed new baseboards and painted interior of the home. Very happy customer and now planning on working for a local family members. The Davises will be added to our Preferred Customer List..."

Mike, Sonny and the team did a great job. We're very pleased with the results. They had to totally gut the master bathroom, reroute plumbing and electrical, then replace everything floor to ceiling. We really appreciated their experience and their many ideas to help us better utilize the available space. The team did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each work day. The kitchen looks great. It was excellent work. Mike is/was very patient and discussed all work and options for the project. We were on a time deadline to complete the project before moving in, and he exceeded that deadline! Whenever there were small fixes needed to make it perfect, he has been accessible and did just what was needed. Quality work at a reasonable price.

I hired the Premier Remodeling crew to install a new kitchen. They not only did a great job installing what I wanted, but they offered lots of creative ideas to improve the design. When they ran into problems caused by flaws in the home's construction, they came up with creative ways to adjust and complete the job. In the end, we have a beautiful new kitchen that exceeds our expectations for a very fair price. Nothing proves that your contractor cares than to see the boss sweeping your floor at the end of the day!

Thus far, the demolition has been completed, the replacement of the drywall in the family room and den had been completed. The bathroom is about 75% completed and the remainder of the work is incomplete. The kitchen still has holes in the walls and the floors, it's not even ready to begin the actual renovation of the work. We now in the 6th week in the 6-week contract. Communication broke off, both my designer and myself had been trying to communicate with Mike and his staff for 4 days without a response. They also stopped working on the project for the past 2 days and are now offering me a $1400 credit for the work that is not done, with no prospect of completing the work.

"Perplexed!!!! We were contracted to do the job in which we supply basic building materials and labor. We were to refinished some oak flooring that had mild cupping in it do to either moisture or improper installation. As we moved along in the job we noticed that the floor, was no longer a cupping issue but a buckling issue. At that point a simple refinish was not possible and the suggestion I got from a professional floor installer was it had to be removed and re-done not only in the work area but the entire house. So at that point the job has come to a standstill I reached out to the homeowner numerous times to set up a meeting to discuss what we could do to resolve this issue. No response, no text, no email. Before this the customer quit making weekly payments, and told us to resume work on the job.. she also informed us that paint was part of our responsibility as construction materials. Still have not heard anything would like to complete this.. Not turning out to be able to list on our preferred customer list.."

Mike and Sonny did great work. They quoted a fair price and they accommodated our desire to get the job done quickly in order to minimize inconvenience for the family living in the unit. They arrived when they said they would; they did the work they quoted at a competitive price and with high quality; they took great care to keep the inevitable dust of a drywall job contained; and they cleaned thoroughly at the end of the job, taking the waste with them. They approach their work with a focus on customer satisfaction and they apply considerable experience and expertise. We asked when we might expect to be able to paint after they finished the install, they suggested it would be much easier if they primed and painted the ceiling, since they would already have the floor covered; they also quoted a price for the painting that was very nominal. When the plaster was removed, they noticed some water dripping from the lath. In a 1915 house, nothing is easy or obvious; Mike took care to trace the source of the water, suggest a solution that would stop the intrusion, implement the solution, and remain on schedule to complete the project in two days as quoted. His charge for this extra work was agreeable. He also took care of a window which wouldn't open as a courtesy to us. We expect to do extensive renovations in upcoming years and Premier Home Remodeling will be our "go-to" resource of choice.

Overall outstanding. Mike and his team are great. All work was done with professionalism and pride. We've never done a remodel of this magnitude and Mike was very helpful in recommending how we should think it through and prioritize decisions. Some details required repeating but overall outstanding job. Minor schedule slip but nothing terrible. While Mike helps with your decision making its up to you to pick your tiles, appliances, granite, etc. Mike has local dealers he connects you to so you can save some money, get contractor pricing. Go over the contract carefully with Mike to ensure you know what is or is not included. Nothing is hidden, no surprise fees, but make sure you understand the details.

We hired Mike and Sonny at Premier Home Remodeling LLC twice already. This particular project was pretty large and maybe a bit complex. But the work was done professionally and on time. Job site was cleaned from debris every day. All change orders were addressed and followed. Not only did they do their job but they also gave me some design ideas for historic neighborhood where our house is located. I will hire Mike and Sonny again in a her beat next time.

<p>Mike and his team did great work from day 1... but they won the job by providing a comprehensive proposal that included all of the ideas we had envisioned at a reasonable price. They minimized the mess during demo and cleaned up everyday. they put up plastic to enclose the kitchen and ran exhaust fans to expel dust. They removed all debris and old appliances daily. There was no construction dumpster in the driveway for weeks. The team paid attention to details, protected the wood floors, and refinished, repainted walls and ceiling as needed. </p> <p>The new cabinets were custom made by Mike's associate and the result was beautiful. New sink, granite, lighting. Mke was the only contractor willing to work with our limited supply of wood flooring and surround the new island so it fit precisely with the existing floor. This was critical to the project since the flooring had been discontinued and couldn't be matched.</p> <p>Overall we are very happy with the project. It was expected to last 4 to 5 weeks and was right on time. The payment schedule was fair and all add-ons were agreed to before hand. We would definitely use Mike and his team again for a remodel job, large or small and highly recommend him. </p> <p><br /></p>

From the beginning to the end everything went great! Mike and his crew were great to work with and professional in everything they did. They were courteous and even had a sense of humor which always goes a long way. <br> <br>Mike was able to build & design me the exact custom closet organized/cabinet I wanted after having at least 5 other companies that claimed to specialize in closets refused to build it and even said it couldn't be done. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Mike is someone that actually listens to what his client wants and does it instead of saying "it can't be done" he says "let's see how it can be done". <br> <br>Mike and his crew painted and did amazing touch-ups on our home too. Not to mention bring back life to our drabby front door. <br> <br>I love the bathroom remodel he did on our pool bath including the custom floating shelves he built us to match our new counter tops. <br> <br>Custom designed the garage shelves just the way we wanted them. WOW, what a differance it made in adding space and organization to our garage. <br> <br>There isn't anything negative I could say about this company.
