"The homeowner’s claim that no services were provided is incorrect and unsupported by the facts. Snow removal services were performed at 20 Coral Way, Rochester, NY 14618 on multiple qualifying snow events, including but not limited to December 12, 2025 and December 27, 2025. Each visit is documented with time-stamped before-and-after photos showing the driveway, front walkways, rear walkways, side alley/garage area, and public sidewalk fully cleared. These photos clearly demonstrate that services were completed as contracted. In addition to the documented visits shown, this property received service whenever snowfall met the customer’s selected trigger. The customer never reported any missed service or issues at the time of service and did not contact us to request remediation before filing this complaint. The customer signed up for a seasonal snow removal agreement that clearly stated: Services are prepaid and non-refundable Snow removal is considered complete once the snow is cleared Payment is authorized at signup and not contingent on individual usage preference All of this was explained and acknowledged at the time of enrollment. Because services were provided, documented, and completed in accordance with the signed agreement, the request for a full refund is not valid and is therefore denied. We have complied fully with the contract and have extensive proof of delivery to support this response."
