James was very helpful helping me determine what I needed and made a couple of suggestions that I never thought of. He showed up on time and performed like a pro!!! Everything went GREAT! I’m so thankful for his knowledge and abilities when it comes to organizing for a move and performing the actual work. Quick. Efficient. Professional. I highly recommend and would hire again!

Everything went as smoothly as I could've hoped considering how quickly we moved. James and his guys moved very quickly but ensured the utmost care for our belongings. For how crazy moving days are, this was a great experience from a great group and they have a customer for life.

James was extremely professional, cordial, and upfront. This may have been the quickest and highest quality move I have ever been involved in. Granted it was not a large move but it was from Houston to Denver. Stuff was picked up and carefully arranged on a Wednesday and delivered on a Saturday thanks to good weather. I should also note that it involved my parents, two senior citizens, and James and his staff were careful listeners and responded to all concerns. If I were doing a move in Houston, Texas or out of state, I would not hesitate a second to hire Premier Moving.

James Norris and his 2-man crew were awesome. James was able to schedule next day service for me, which I requested. I needed to move two pieces of furniture from a storage unit to a townhouse before the end of the month. They arrived early and quickly went to work. They were professional and most helpful. They helped load some pieces into my car so I could donate to charity. They unloaded the furniture and were very careful taking everything up to the second floor bedroom. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I’ll call them again in the future.

It went well enough, except that the movers (a) broke my washing machine's return hose, leaving it behind, (b) did not move items upstairs as instructed, (c) spent several hours breaking down my daughter's bed, then putting it up, but lost bolts, making the bed unusable and (d) didn't bring proper tools, leaving my bedframe behind (they kept asking if we could do it the next day, but I couldn't afford 2 days worth of moves). So I'm out a queen bed frame, the bolts or a new desk/bunk and the cost of all new washer attachments and all the tools I provided for them to do their work NOT worth the price.

"I am all about taking our licks but this one takes the cake. We absolutely did not break your hose, we left your hose because it was so corroded that it was not possible to get it off without possible damage. The massive bunk bed system, that we offered to come back the following day for free with additional men and the proper tools you declined. You yourself said the previous movers took 6 hours to dismantle that bed. Furthermore, the bedframe was left behind because of the roach infestation and they refused to put it on our truck. Sir, not to be rude, but this is seriously shocking, quite literally one of my guys quit following this job because of the black mold, roaches, and animal feeces. The fact is no other Moving company would have touched this job, but we stayed until 10 pm doing our very best to stay professional and ignore all of the obvious health issues. I am sorry you feel this way, but honestly this is really shocking. I have pictures of all of this as well, the roaches, the mold, the film that covered everything from animal urine. This is truly un called for... Thanks again"

I hired three guys since I was going from a first floor apartment to the third. The guys showed up with great spirits. They immediately began their work. I'm in a two bedroom with a huge couch, a king size bed, and a washer/ dryer among many other things. They got everything done in 3 hours and even unpacked my car twice so I didn't have to lift one finger to move. My best friend is moving in a couple weeks, and she's hoping to use them too! From booking the move, to the actual move, to the call I made late that night because I couldn't get the washer to work (the water wasn't on lol) I received more than I could've asked for. Five stars!

The movers (2 guys) moved very slowly and took their time. Everything was already boxed up and ready to move when they arrived. It should not have taken more than 2 hours total to move one block and took 4.5 hours. It cost almost double what was estimated and expected.

Let me start off by saying that the team were at a disadvantage because the elevator needed to load was broken. It took 3.5 hours to load my stuff. Two of the workers were great. One drove his truck into the garage where stuff was loaded, and carried to the moving van. One team member however, did not work as efficiently as the other two. He frequently only carried one small item at a time. He also frequently stopped and snacked during loading and unloading process.

The guys were great! They showed up right on time and even helped me back in the trailer (since it was my first time and I was nervous). Then they tackled my whole apartment in record time and even fit everything into a U-Haul that was a bit small! They were careful and thoughtful with my things and made sure everything was secure for my 4 hour drive. They were polite, professional, and easy going. They made the whole experience of moving my whole life to another city by myself so easy! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Im very impressed with Premier Movers!! They arrived early and prepared. My move was seem less and stress free. They were professional, courteous, extremely effecient and a pleasure to do business with. I have worked with alot of different moving companies over the years and have had good service..but Premier Movers supercede expectations all the way around!!
