James did a great job. He was quick to have us on the schedule, communicative and efficient. He offered us honest, sound advice on the changes we had to make and was very affordable. We appreciate his patience with us while making decisions on our changes and what we wanted to use in the shower. When I need a plumber again, I’m calling James!

James is super nice and professional and found the issue (and didn't find other issues, e.g., leaks in pipes). He gave me great advice on next steps to replace wet insulation. He also found the dryer vent was disconnected so he fixed that too. Price is very reasonable. Will definitely call James next time I need a plumber.
