They did a great job, all wood that needed replacement was done and done well. The window was taken out and put back in place properly. Very much recommend for wall damage/replacement.

Everything went very good. Workman on time and always answered questions as they came up. Cleaned up each day as they finished working.

They have an invoice dated January 11, 2016 and sent us a 'Thank You' note in February. We thought they were a little high. Their cost was $1745. I probably wouldn't use them again because they...to be fair to them, they had to come out two more times like to move things around. We haven't had something like this for so long. They were willing to come out two more times to move things around. They had to move items but my husband did a lot of it too. They were very good about coming out the second and third time to move things around and make sure all the areas that were carpeted were dry. They also moved some items out of the wet areas. They were nice to work with. The only complaint I got is the price.

The two workers were on time, courteous, cheerful and kept me informed. The job was done on time, the site clean and the quality top- drawer. And no surprises!

My wife and I were very happy with the professionalism, courteousness and friendly demeanor exhibited by all of the Premier tradesmen assigned to our project. ?They were quick to explain what they were doing and what would ?be done next. ?We ran into a snag on our part when the paint chosen for the basement walls did not look as we had expected. ?They did not blink when my wife changed the paint, fortunately we were able to use that basement paint on another project. ?We used a separate company to install flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. Coordinating the two companies was extremely easy to do. ?The office staff was very accommodating and able to schedule work with little delay. ? My wife and I both work outside our home, so the Premier crew was usually gone when we returned home in the evenings. ?If we had any questions about what was happening they were happy to take time the next morning to answer and they made sure we understood what they were doing and why. ? All of the work they did was done right the first time and it all looks great. I really can't overstate how happy we are with this company. ?From the estimator that came to review the damage, the construction supervisors, the carpenters, painters and carpet cleaners, the scheduler and accounts receivable clerk in the office; all very courteous, friendly and above all professional. ?? We have dealt with some really bad contractors in the past, the kind the end up doing everything twice,?and we were wary about dealing with any contractor. ?This organization is a credit to the restoration industry. ? ?

Weather delayed them some. The downspouts, fascia, flue cap were done a couple weeks later than roof due to scheduling both theirs and mine.

They did an awesome job! Professional and quick to arrive. We would definitely use again and highly recommend to others!

Join & his female partner were on time were patient with me by listening and then focused on their job. Matt came the fallowing way on time to check the progress, removed equipment no longer needed but forgot covers for shoes (oops). He returned on Monday and everything was dry.

My insurance adjuster referred me to Premier Restoration after a pipe burst between my first and second floor bathrooms and extensive pipe replacement was completed. It was such a relief to hand over the rebuilding work to them.  My initial contact was Jeff, who did a great job first of providing explanations of the process and then of coordinating the project, following up, trouble-shooting, and supporting me when I had questions or concerns.  Scott and Giovanni were a terrific work team--hard-working, good-humored, and trustworthy.  Special praise to Scott, who did such a beautiful job on the 2nd floor bathroom--including installing a new tile floor and rebuilding most of the drywall--that it now feels positively spa-like in there.  He is an amazing craftsman.  I really appreciated everyone at Premier Restoration who helped me out during a difficult time and on a complicated project like this one.  <br />

Great work performed by Premier and they finished the job earlier than the estimate. It didn't cost as much as anticipated. Thank you Premier.

The wind had ripped off several shingles and you could see some of the felt was torn away. They called me back within 15 minutes of me calling and set up work for the next day. They repaired the shingles and even checked around and found other minor damage and repaired that as well. I was really impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, and friendliness.

Could not have gone better. They were prompt professional and courteous. They took great care with my property and answered all my questions. The basement is completely dry and clean. <br />

I did have water damage. The name of the company is Premier Restoration Services. They gave me a quote. They were very helpful. They were very friendly but their price is just a little too high for me. Overall I would rate them an 'A' if Angie's List had an 'A' plus, I would give an 'A' plus. They did a wonderful job. They actually did a diagram with everything, with all the measurements, it was wonderful. The guy was friendly and like I said the only thing was the price.

We called them  to clean up a (disgusting) sewer backup.  They arrived promptly, did the work asked in a professional manner and worked with our insurance company throughout.  We had no problems and are very satisfied with the job that they did.  I would definitely call them again. <br />

They were extremely prompt. They worked very hard. The workers were very nice. I was pleased overall. They were just great.

I appreciated their prompt and good service. I think their prices were high, but I did pay for emergency service that I was glad to get. The employees were very nice and professional.

PREMIER PERSONNEL WERE ALL POLITE AND PROMPT WHETHER CLEANING UP THE FLOODING, TREATING TO PREVENT MILDEW, OR MAKING REPAIRS LATER. THEY HAD TO REPLACE DRYWALL AND BASEBOARD, SHAMPOO CARPETS, INSTALL NEW PADDING AND PAINT THE GAME ROOM.
