Premier Services Review for Premier Services I recently hired Premier Services for a home project that included sanding, spackling, painting, and window sill replacement. Their work was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The crew arrived on time each day, maintained a clean workspace, and communicated clearly about the progress of the job. This company was a pleasure to deal with. They called me right away after I left a message and they sent out a repairman named Brian who did a great job. He listened to what I wanted done on my greenhouse, and he completed the job.

They were very good.

While he was here putting my 4-poster bed together, I fell and broke my foot when he said he was finished. My neighbor had a run inside and looked at it, and it looked like a bed. No issues. I later went in, and the bed is not solidly put together. It is shaking, and he also scratches the hell out of my newly done wooden floors. I have called him three times and texted him three times, and he said Send me your address again, and I will be there by the end of the day, three weeks and two days today, and he has done nothing, and I'm done. I just put in a complaint with Angie's List updated 12/11/2025 See last review he reuses to come back and fix the bed correctly and repair scratched floor?..Angi?s list has closed the case?.unreal! Stay away from both

Beware of Brian Hoffman, DBA “Premier Services”. I agree with all the negative reviews here - I had the same experience. He did a bathroom project for me October ‘24. He did a poor job, including an improperly installed toilet that was leaking under the floor. He agreed by text message to a $300 refund in Nov. ’24, but still hasn’t paid as of the end of July ’25, even after losing in Small Claims Court. He uses multiple addresses in various LI towns and won’t tell you his actual current address. The one listed on Angi is a street that does not even exist. Now he won’t respond to texts or phone calls.

He is incompetent, he is con artist, he is dishonest, he is a liar and don't use him on any circumstances.

Great job, didn't take shortcuts, instead had to come back to do the outside jchanels correctly. Only a few days between first contact and job completed. he was here to do the job on the day he said he would.

With in 30 minutes of going on Angie’s list Brian called and came over to give us a quote on the work we needed. Brian gave us options and guided us in buying the supplies we needed for the work to be preformed. He explained every step of the job. He gave us tips when buying supplies to save money. His work showed the high quality craftsmanship you often can not find anymore. We have since used his service three more times and will continue to use him in the future. He is a hard working and knowledgeable individual. Would highly recommend. When you use him you will know exactly what you getting and his prices are very reasonable.

It went very well. The lights look beautiful. We are very happy. They did a great job.

Repair was done in a prompt, professional and thorough manner. Price was fair.

Installation of Security Lights, Gutter Cleaning and Window Flash Replacement

Brian is very customer oriented & friendly. He did the work like he was working on his own home.

He was a very nice man and he did a great job. He was very informative and I would definitely hire him again.
