I am a Special Investigator with over 20 years in the industry assigned to a very large National Insurance Carrier. Contractors are always on our radar for potential unethical/schemes, etc. So when I needed work completed I WAS ON HIGH ALERT!!! Gee Reyes was very professional and has an excellent background clearance check. Premier Roofing and Siding is very lucky to have salesman/construction on site coordinator. Gee was on site during the different phases of our home repair/improvement project. Gee often remained after the crew (12 hour day) was done and took that little extra canvass to make sure the site was left the proper condition. Gee Reyes even returned several times to make sure we were happy with their work. I would highly recommend Gee Reyes and Premier Siding and Roofing. I was so impressed with the Professionalism of Gee Reyes- starting with our initial consultation right through to the completion of the project. I needed both roofing and siding on my ranch home and initially was unsure of color selection and style of siding. Gee was extremely informative and guided me through the process with samples as well as pictures of his completed projects, which allowed me to be happy and confident with my decisions. Gee kept me informed of when materials were to be dropped off, he was on time with quoted installation dates and followed up with ensuring my satisfaction of the work. The Premier Siding and Roofing Company spent one full day and four hours next day completing our roof replacement job, both house and shed and also did some siding repair. The work was needed due to bad hail damage.   Kevin Juarez, a storm damage specialist, with his team - a group of eight workers - worked with us to make the entire repair process painless, even negotiating with our home insurance adjuster. We didn’t need to discuss much with the adjuster and received the initial check in one week. Kevin was both professional and personable. He listened and took notes for our special requests and followed through. Kevin was detail-oriented as well. He personally replaced one damaged lamp at the back of our house, the hale damaged shutters on our shed, and had the window screens replaced and installed in a few minutes. He also made sure that his team fixed the siding and caulked the leaks on the portico of the house.   Besides Kevin, Louis was a very sincere workmen lead. He led a group of cooperative and conscientious workers. They worked hard and did the job seriously (almost without break). Considering the heat and the Covid situation, I think they did a professionally great and good looking job.   Before they left, they cleaned up the deck, the patio, the driveway and the window sills, and moved back the planters, the water hoses and decorations to their original spots. They used rolling magnetic bars to collect the nails spreading around the house. They even used cleaning spray to wipe off the dark spots on the cement caused by the debris of the roofing.   Two thumps up!

Amazing. We worked with Pete. He made this roof replacement so simple and easy! We had a very small issue after and the roofers came right out and fixed it. Roof looks great.

Pete Welsh was great to work with, came out same day. Easy to get in touch with, and communication was top notch. Crew worked fast, and were done with in a short amount of time. If I had one complaint, it woulda been clean up of nails. Which I get is difficult to get them all, but felt coulda been done a little better. Other than that, I highly recommend, and would most definitely have them back.

Premier was very timely to come to my home to inspect the hail damage to my roof, gutters and window screens. Pete’s inspection uncovered many ommisions from my insurance company adjuster’s initial survey. Pete provided proof to my insurer that additional repairs were necessary, which resulted with them overturning the denial of my initial claim. Premier replaced my roof and gutters very promptly and professionally. Screen window repairs were coordinated with professionals at a local window company. Premier communicated very well with me and my insurer throughout the entire process. Pete was visible at my home from start to finish and even coordinated warranty registration with the shingle manufacturer after the project was complete. Overall this was a very seamless project once Premier became involved. I definitely recommend Premier and Pete Welsh.

So here is how it goes... hail damage everywhere around me. I called another company to get it looked at and they let me know I had damage... I contacted my insurance company and they came out and DENIED me a claim... Insurance company told me I could have an adjuster come out a second time. but it might not be worth it because they would not really probably see anything different. Knowing the houses on both sides of me had damage and I could see visible damage on my roof since I had part of a shingle in by front flower bed, I knew my house had suffered hail damage. In my neighborhood, I had driven by some of the work of PREMIER SIDING AND ROOFING had done, so I gave them a call. Pete Welsh came out and inspected my house and shed and told me there was a lot of damage to both structures. After he pointed out the damage to me and let me know he would come out and take pictures so I could submit to the insurance company. He advised me to call my insurance company and ask for a second inspection and that he would meet the inspector. I called the insurance company, submitted Pete’s photos and set-up the second inspection. Pete met with the insurance inspector. After the appointment the insurance inspector called me and let me know that Pete and he did find quite a bit of damage to both structures and he would be getting the report together. Premier Siding and Roofing complete the work and did an EXCELLENT job. I have multiple compliments on my house and since then I believe some other home owner in my neighborhood have followed the same path after seeing the remarkable job on my house. My house and shed look amazing!!!!!!! They clean-up after themselves and the foreman answered all of my questions, the professionalism and workmanship from start to finish was excellent. I would defiantly recommended Pete and Premier Siding and Roofing Team for replacement roof and siding……hail damage or no hail damage….. Thank you, Pete, for going to bat for me with my insurance company to make sure my claim didn’t get denied a second time. My house looks amazing and positively pops in the neighborhood….

The roofing company I originally hired grossly mishandled the initial inspection resulting in my hail damage claim being denied by Allstate. Based on a coworker recommendation I contacted Premier Roofing and was told Pete Welsh is the most knowledgeable and experienced person to handle my hail damage claim and reinspection with allstate. He is extremely knowledgeable in the roofing industry, hail damage and what insurance adjusters require for claim approval. After my reinspection with Allstate and Pete my claim was approved for the hail damage resulting in a total roof and gutter replacement. Thank you Pete and Premier Roofing!

It went well, Gee was great!! He made the process of getting my roof replacement with the insurance company easy and seamless. He was also very reasonable and flexible with the price for the job when the insurance quoted significantly below the value due to the aging of the roof and for this I can't thank him enough. The job was done neatly and the men worked all day to complete it and barely took a break?. They were also diligently to remove all the debris and nails.

My roof is just beautiful! I was very impressed at how fast the crew worked together as a team to complete the job in one day. They were all very friendly and careful to not destroy the property in the process. Pete (area manager) was friendly, personable, approachable, and made himself available through email, text, and by phone, 7 days a week and even on holidays. Having my roof repaired by Premier was seamless. They are a very professional company who worked with my Insurance to get this done fast. Roof was done in one day and they left my yard spotless. Not one single nail or piece of roofing. I would highly recommend using Premier Siding and Roofing if you are looking to get your roof done. I will be bringing them back when I look to do some siding repairs in the near future.

After a referral from my neighbor about checking for hail damage, I contacted the area manager Pete Welsh. He came out the same day I called to inspect my home. After that, the process was easy. He met with my insurance adjuster to determine the damage. Within 3 weeks they had a crew out fixing my roof and siding. They used good quality materials, and did very nice work. The shingles were GAF Timberline HD, and the siding was Certainteed brand. Within 2 days the project was completed, and I am very pleased with the way it turned out. They did a few homes on my block also, and they all look great. The neighbors that had work done were all pleased as well. I would recommend Pete and his crew to anyone.

Matthew Sparano was very nice and professional. It went well. They where able to do the roof in one day. They cleaned everything up didn't leave a mess. Matthew worked well with the insurance company and kept in contact with us as the project was being done. My neighbor is now getting his done.

Pete had been recommended to me by a friend who had work done. He was so easy to work with. He came out, gave me his recommendations and was there throughout the whole process. He met with my insurance adjuster, explained the process and the work was done in a timely fashion. I shouldn’t need a new roof for years to come, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Premier Siding and Roofing to my friends.

Matt Sparano walked me through step by step, always took my phone calls and answered my questions. Very timely with the work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend to friends. They helped me with the insurance company guiding me through the mess to get what was deserved. Owner Dave is a reasonable man and worked with us.

Matt was a charm to work with. There were a few problems and we fairly compromised. He’s very easy to talk to and eager to make you happy. The work was done quickly and no leaks!

Pete Welsh was a fantastic sales rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. Communication was excellent also, if I ever had a question I'd text and he'd get right back to me. The crew did an amazing job on the house in about a day and a half, we were thrilled to get rid of this ugly 70s aluminum siding! My only complaint is they need to spend more time on clean up. I spent a good amount of time collecting a few handful of nails and screws between the backward and driveway, as well as bits of cut siding. I would have hoped, with them knowing I have a dog, they would have been a little more aware. Overall great job on the actual house.
