The job itself was great - quick and professional. There was one small issue after the job that took nearly two months to rectify. It was apparently a communication issue - I think they use some sort of answering service and I wasn't very impressed with their professionalism. But the roofers and gutter guys definitely seemed to know their stuff.

They did a great job. I needed it done more quickly than they typically schedule, but they were able to adjust to meet my needs. Everyone was friendly and professional. From the very beginning, when Joel came to do the estimate, I got the sense that they truly cared about going a great job. It was a much different, and better, feeling than I've gotten from a lot of other contractors. And the price was actually lower than another company quoted me for less work.

It's beautiful and it was reasonable. They were here on time and tell us what's going on. It was quicker than I thought it was going on and we were pleased. They just changed everything and we love it. They love it too. Whatever the price, we had a good quote. They have excellent response; professional and they knew what they were doing. If there's a problem, they go to us right away. They cleaned up and people look at it like they were amazed. I would recommend them and my experience was very positive.
