Not good unfortunately

AWFUL! I would give them ZERO stars if I could! We hired Ricardo Sanchez to install all new windows in my house in October, 2020. Little did we know that we have to get someone else to put the aluminum trim around the outside of each window as he does not do that, but he knows a guy that does. (I'll get to him later). Rick Sanchez also put new wood trim on the inside of each window but he left the wood bare. He did not paint it. We have to finish it. A few days later, there was a breeze coming through the windows. We immediately called Rick. He said he would get back to us. He never returned our calls after our numerous attempts to reach him. Now it is almost June 2021 and he still ignores my phone calls . We now have to find and pay someone else to put the aluminum trim on every window of my house and have him check why the breeze is coming through and we have to paint the new wood trim on the inside of each and every window. Getting back to his friend who supposedly does aluminum trim...his name is Francisco (Cisco) from On Time Property Maintenance in Passaic. First he agreed to do the outside trim but we should call him "next week". We called him numerous times, starting back in October, 2020, until now, almost June 2021. He has given us one excuse after another. Now, he completely ignores my calls. I would NOT hire either one of these companies again.

Everything went well. Considering the floor was in less-than-ideal condition, John was able to adjust and still give easy access that passed muster with the water company.

It went very well. I was very grateful for the fair price they offered and the job they completed was flawless. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. I would highly recommend them to others.

I was very happy with their service. The gave a competitive quote, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. They removed my gutter guards, cleaned the gutters and put the guards back. While doing this job, they inspected the roof and recommended that I fix the flashing around an exhaust vent outlet. I plan to use their service again in the future.

These guys were fast and good! They found the squirrels nest I forgot about but fixed it same day. Also repaired some damaged standpipes on my roof I didn't even know about that were leaking water into my house. I give them 5 stars, I will call them back when it's time to redo my deck.
