Do not use this company. I had a very bad experience with them. I was going to book the same offer they were advertising on Groupon ($119) for an entire vent and Air dryer vent cleaning. When they came to my house, they charged me more ($150) to clean entire house furnace tune up and dryer vent. his crew only spent less than 1h for a 2600 house. I trusted them to do a good job. However when they left, most of the vents were still dirty. Took a picture and texted the owner and he had the audacity to tell me that he charged me $150 to clean only one Vent. See, money is not an issue but the fact that someone can be so dishonest and a liar is what I hate the most. For the price I spent, I could've done the cleaning myself. This is unacceptable for a company to quote you a price for a specific job and don't do it. That's what I call Scamming someone. I'm writing this review to share my experiences so anyone can be aware. Stay away from this company.

Amazing. Brandon and his team were on time, and they went above and beyond my expecatations. Our ducts have never been cleaned (we've lived here 2 years, but it was clear it hadn't been done before that too), so he even addresses issues we didn't even know about, like a full birds nest in our dryer vent (I couldn't believe it). All while staying at his initial quote, even though I know it was more of a headache than he anticipated. Couldn't recommend strongly enough.

There were several rags left around my house hold that contained the cleaning solvent and scent they used for the duct cleaning. Also the owner of the business asked personal questions about my daughter that was extremely unprofessional and obviously inappropriate.

As for the "owner" asking questions about your daughter: First of all, I'm happily married! Secondly, if i came across to you other than being professional, I'm sorry that wasn't my intentions. I do talk to my clients to get to know them better. I dont ever want my clients to feel like a number. It's very important to me that while we are in their homes the customers are comfortable. A ton of the other reviews state how professional we are. Believe me anything you are blowing out of contex wasnt meant to be anything other than professional."

It went very well. The young man who performed the service was very professional, conscientious and friendly. However, the deal felt like a hair and switch. I realize the entire duct cleaning industry operates by offering the customer a low price that they never intend to honor. I was disappointed when the offer of paying $62 for the deal, then another $62 at time of service turned into a total of $482. Since the information that came with the deal said you should get a quote before scheduling, I was prepared on day of service, but I had already paid for the deal by then. I am very happy with the service I received, but just wanted to express my surprise at the eventual cost.

It was so much more then we expected. This company has employees that are professional and know what they’re doing. The owner of the company is hands on. Everything we wanted was done and more and surprise no extra charge. After everything was done they even sanitized the ducts. If you are looking fo this service if would be a shame for you not to pick this company. Oh ya and did I say reasonable throw that in there to.

Fair. Vacuum seamed rather small for the job didn’t see a lot of hose put in the vents to do full vent cleaning.

Not sure what you mean by small vacuum. Our system sucks at 3500 CFPM and a system would collapse at 4000 CFPM. I purchased an Angie's List deal but felt totally taken advantage of. The guy I worked with talked super fast and waived the contract around so much it was hard to read. I finally had to ask him to slow down and let me look at it. The total cost was much higher than the deal I purchased because we have an additional return and three levels in the house. I was not comfortable with this company but they were already here so we moved ahead. I would not hire them again and don't feel like the Angie's List deals are so great.

A $125 offer turned into $515, with all the extra vents not covered. Best to know how many vents, air returns (I had 4, only 1 covered in offer) and main air vents you have before you take a special offer.

Luke warm review is based on their sales and business practices. They play games with words and if you don't know the technical terms your real cost is far from the advertised one.I purchased services via AL for a whole house duct cleaning with unlimited vents for $125. when they showed up to do the work the estimate was over $800. Seems 'vents' means just the cold air returns. They charge addition fees for each element in your furnace-a/c. Supply vents, return vents, what they call a main line, upper unit, lower unit and more are all additional elements with additional fees. The service itself was fine and they do have fine print that mentions additional fees may apply. I just don't like the predatory/misleading advertising.

They did a great job. There was cat hair throughout the ducts and in the furnace as well as the dryer vent. Since my husband is allergic to cats it was important to clear out the hair and dander in our new house. Premium Duct Cleaners worked very hard and even cleaned the duct covers and air return duct covers. They sanitized the ducts. I wasn't crazy about the scent, but it did dissipate in a couple of days. My husband didn't notice the smell at all. In all, we were very pleased with the service and will have them back again.

Brandon and his team were professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. After the ducts were clean, we noticed a slight odor, and they came back immediately, no charge, to make things right (still not sure if it was the ducts or another issue causing it, but it went away). They also cleaned our dryer duct and made the important discovery that the vent just led into our ceiling (yikes!), and we are so grateful to them for telling us about this safety issue. We are very happy with the services they performed, and will use them again in several years.

We have five trunk lines and 22 vents. The job would have cost $1400, but we had a coupon from a charity event for $1200. We were originally told the job would take 3-4 hours, but they were done in about an hour and half. Don't see how a $1400 job with that many trunk lines and vents could be done in that amount of time.
