Called after letting filled in area on chipped granite, the color was so light and didn't match. When we called to ask them to come back they thought they would do us a "favor" and not charge for another job, just the service fee. $250.00. Guess customer satisfaction is not important to them

I have spent two years looking for someone to repair a seam in my granite countertops. The company that installed them put a seam right over the dishwasher which has caused nothing but headaches. Even they wouldnâ t come and fix it. Yesterday, I discovered Jacob with Premium Granite Countertops, and today he fixed the seam. I am impressed by his knowledge, skills, and incredibly quick turnaround. I highly recommend him.
