Phil was professional, reasonable and completed the repair quickly. He even offered to replace part of the siding so it was more aesthetically pleasing, greatly appreciated the work! Would absolutely hire again!

They were amazing---Roofing...the removal didn't damage the flowers and shrubs they were very careful. They replaced the areas that the plywood needed repair, as well as places that have potential for future problems. They installed the shingles to manufactures spec (which keeps the warranty of the shingles) yes I looked it up. The end result was sharp lines and the confidence that this roof being done with this much skill it will last a long time.---Siding...The removal of old vinyl siding was careful and didn't damage my shrubs. After removal they pointed out the issues with the plywood in two areas that needed replacement due to the house settling. They replaced the sections at no extra charge. They spent a lot of time with the small details around windows, doors, outlets and faucets. It really pays off in the final result. They had great attention to detail and well planned transitions in tough areas. I loved the huge improvement compared to the sloppy siding install the previous owner had done.---Flashing, gutters...The flashing work was spot on. They did excellent work on the trickiest areas. Smooth transitions and line work. Gutters were pitched correctly compared to previous owners install. We had a windy heavy rain days later. No leaks from roof no siding came loose and gutters pitched correctly. Result PERFECT Before hiring any contractor I checked BBB and the license with the county, insurance and searched for complaints and checked Agni reviews. Other contractors didn't have the feel of honesty that premium had. I have mentioned the quality of work they have done and my neighbor hired him for roof repair. My co-worker just had his roof redone by Premium because they know how detail oriented I am about who does work on my home………. I seriously recommend Premium Roofing and Siding……... Steve

Phil from Premium Roofing and Siding and his team did a fantastic job replacing my old roof. Phil responded to an emergency repair job, fixed the issue, then came back to give an estimate on replacing the roof. After the initial covid quarantine died down, Phil came back to start the work. His team was done in a day, was extremely professional and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone for any projects, large or small.
