Siding Installation or Repair Service
We had a good experience working with Presidential Exteriors. Pablo, the sales representative, did a good job explaining the services and options available for the replacement of our siding. We were kept informed as to the start date of the project, as well as when the supplies would be delivered. Julian, the Project Manager, was here every morning as the installation team started work and addressed any questions we had. At the end of each day, the installation team cleaned up before they left. The project was completed within the estimated days given to us at the start.

New Windows - Multiple
I was having a window locking issue but due to my warranty, Matt and Cameron came to check them out. Kind, and knowledgeable they educated me on how to tilt my double hung windows when cleaning and properly position them for locking - making adjustments as needed.

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
We are super happy with the new Trex deck, two Provia exterior doors, fence, siding, and 10 Vytex windows installed by Presidential Exteriors. The project was done on schedule, on budget with no hidden costs, and the updates and communication by Ethan H. and Emerson G. (project manager and project lead) during the construction by text, phone, and email made everything smooth and easy. It was refreshing to see plenty of workers show up for each phase of the project and they worked like a well-oiled machine. The deck crew was especially friendly and seemed to enjoy their work (even on the hot days!). If you’re looking to have this type of work done, I highly recommend you talk to Presidential Exteriors.

New Windows - 2
I was extremely disappointed with presidential exteriors. They performed 2 new windows and enlarged 2 windows and replaced one. They were on time but once the work was done my kitchen remodeler stated the windows were not put in with correct support system. They cut electrical wires spliced them together and I was not told and they hid them in wall again to be found by my remodeler. They messed up on the trim outside on one window and made it black around the window instead of white as we agreed upon. When I asked about a discount due to shoddy work I was told absolutely not. I will never recommend or use this company in the future. I need more windows replaced but will deo my homework and find a better more honest and reliable company

Storm Windows - Install or Replace
Presidential was professional and thorough from start to finish. They explained in detail the product and the process. They carefully measured and assessed every window. They were very respectful of our time and patient with questions. The crew was respectful and did a great cleanup after a one day job replacing all the 32 windows and some sills! We highly recommend them.

Presidential Exteriors takes their lifetime warranties very seriously. Every time I've had an issue since they redid my roof, I've contacted them, and they've fixed the problem without charging. I appreciate them a lot. Good job, James, Hicks, and Glu!

We contracted for Presidential to replace two of our existing windows and install a new window by cutting a hole in our exterior wall. The work was done in one day as promised. Shoutouts to Emerson, Miller, James and Vince & crew. They were totally professional and wasted no time getting the job done. Their cleanup was thorough. Quality control came the same day, with another inspection the next day. We will definitely hire Presidential Exteriors again when we need new windows. We highly recommend them.

Angel came out and squared off the tops of our pillars so the birds would not make nests in the exposed area. He did a wonderful job and was friendly and professional! I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors! This was done months after we paid for our portico to be replaced. A few years ago this excellent company resided our whole home!

While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. I would have hoped instead that they let me know it would look bad and talk about options even if it meant spending more money to get it to look OK. door install: [*** Link removed ***] [*** Link removed ***] white silicon smears: [*** Link removed ***] bush: [*** Link removed ***] broken panel: [*** Link removed ***] driveway: [*** Link removed ***]

Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!

We were convinced to have our roof done after the roofing expert inspected our roof and sat us down for his presentation. We appreciated the time spent to explain the project management plan from the delivery of materials to the post-installation inspection. Everyone we met was very professional and the clean up crew did a great job.
