Matt and Chris came to the fraternity house, put a 40ft ladder up through the trees and cleared the eave and spout. They were courteous and professional. Cleaned the area up and put everything back in place. I highly recommend them.

It went very well, we are very pleased. We walked the techs around the house and pointed out some things we wanted and they really listened and worked extra hard to do a great job. We had an Angie's List coupon for a basic clean ($249) and deck cleaning was $484, as estimated. Deck about 250 sq. ft. plus steps and railings and a large bench. This is the second time they have cleaned our house siding.

Everything went well, they showed up on time and did a great job. we have used them before which is why we used them again. They are a good company.

They showed up on time. After they finished and the house dried, there were a lot of dirty areas on the siding. I emailed them and included pictures. The next day a crew came back and scrubbed the dirty areas. The house looked much better then.

Afterwards, they said the upper gutters were clear, but that the downspouts leading underground had a blockage and maybe a potential break (since they found rocks). They cleared the blockage and now the gutters flow and drain good even with the recent very heavy rainfall (downpours!). I agreed to the $125 estimate beforehand, but since the upper gutters were clear the job was much easier and quicker than expected. More like a value of $100 for the level of effort. With that said, I want to say I was happy with the work (and result) and gladly paid the agreed upon $125. I paid in cash and didn't get a paper receipt, only an e-mailed invoice with the amount charged, not amount paid. This made me feel uneasy. Do I have a record that I paid the bill? Not really...
