Great communication, arrived on time, very friendly and professional.....some services that we had discussed were not able to be completed (not because of Prestige) they were very honest and adjusted the price accordingly. Would definitely use these guys again.

They were terrific. I liked the fact that they were who they said they were. They gave us a quote upfront and that's what it was. They talked about what they would be able to do in terms of cleaning the carpets and they did that and more. I liked the fact that he was willing to come out; it was just one person so I felt comfortable having someone in my house, I didn't have a whole bunch of people in my home at the same time. I also felt like he gave us some pointers in terms of clean up of a carpet between actual formal cleaning services. Just all around, it was a good experience and we continued to get mail periodically from them, which was not just about selling their service but it had information about the community and things like that. It is a family owned business. If we spill something within the first thirty days after cleaning, they will come back and clean it for free. They are a very proactive business. It has probably been a year ago that I used their service but it is not that I was dissatisfied in anyway. I just haven't had the funds to focus on it. It is not inexpensive. It is not a quick and dirty service where someone runs in and does a little steam machine cleaning kind of thing; it is a very thorough spot treatment, comprehensive work and they do everything they can do. I am not familiar with the prices and there are places that charge less that we have used however, Prestige by far did the best job. If I need to purchase those services again, I definitely would contact Prestige. Their price is higher than some others are but I get what I pay for. The quality compared to the price is worth it. Therefore, I am going to have them come back if I need my carpets cleaned again.

They did the job. They were on time and professional. They provided very good customer service.

They did a wonderful job.  Very nice and stood behind their work.  He even cleaned my stair carpet and rug for free!  My grout was a nice light tan again instead of a dull brown.  We moved into this house a year ago and this had been on our "to do" list.  I would use them again in the future.

They were terrific. They did a fantastic job with everything. Their price was a little high for the job that they did, though. They were honest about the services that they could offer. I have used other carpet cleaning companies, but nobody has done the kind of work that Prestige Carpet and Floor Care did. They had integrity. They build a lot of rapport with their clientele. We can always contact them if at all there is anything wrong with the carpet and needs cleaning. They always come out if we want them to. They would give us proper instructions on how to clean the carpet. They are not inexpensive, but we get what we pay for.

We needed a cleaning service, learned about Prestige through a friend. The owner, Alena Morris came, explained the different services they provide and pricing. She worked around our schedule and when was convenient for us. The "cleaning technicians" sent over by Prestige were punctual, friendly and very efficient. We have several pieces of furniture with intricate designs and scrollwork: they got into every crevice and circle polishing the furniture. They pick up items and dust UNDER them (not around them), and put things back where they were. They even do base boards! One of the girls, Mary, even got up on the counter (without her shoes on) and cleaned where she had not been able to reach! Very thorough and conscientious. They now come every two weeks to clean the house. Prestige Carpet also cleaned our carpets. They had not been cleaned in probably over 10 years - They look brand new! Danny and Jeremy were very polite, and very respectful of the furniture and belongings, which were difficult to move. What they did have to move, they put back where it went. The little dimples that furniture leaves in the carpet disappeared! Over all, both the carpet cleaning and house cleaning has been a very positive experience for our family. We will definitely recommend Prestige Carpet & House Cleaning to all our fiends.
