I love my new kitchen that Alesia helped me design.  My home was built in the 60's and needed a facelift.  Alecia and her team were easy to work with.  She provided drawings to help me envision my dream kitchen.  Julian was the contractor, and his crew worked together so there was always work being done.  Between the electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tiles, and flooring, the huge renovation wasn't as painful as some have described.  Alesia communicated with me and I felt comfortable throughout the process.  The end result was better than I imagined.  The tile work is perfect, the cabinets are pristine and they cleaned after themselves daily.  Yes, it was super dusty, but they shielded the rest of the house and let me keep some of my appliances plugged in.  They're definitely customer-focused.  Love my new kitchen.  I couldn't be happier.

I never write reviews but I had to share my experience with Prestige Kitchen and Bath.  Our kitchen went from outdated to stunning.  The layout is brighter, more functional, and beautifully designed.  Megan was easy to work with, and her team kept the mess to a minimum.  Everyone was professional and completed the project faster than I imagined.  I finally have my dream kitchen.  Thanks to Megan and her team at Prestige.

Highly recommend, used them for a kitchen remodel that involved cutting out walls and changing out exterior windows. Lindsay was an exceptional partner throughout the entire project. She actively listened to our ideas and preferences, while also sharing her own thoughts and guidance when necessary. Her collaborative approach made the experience truly enjoyable and successful. The contractors were also terrific - a consistent group that was respectful, communicative, and worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible.

She immediately understood my vision and helped bring it to life in ways I never could have imagined. One of my favorite features is how she incorporated so much additional storage throughout the design. She also found a beautiful way to conceal the washer and dryer within the cabinetry, turning an eyesore into a seamless and elegant part of the kitchen. The finished result exceeded my expectations. Every time I walk into the room, I am amazed by how much brighter, more spacious, and more practical it feels! I highly recommend Lindsay and Prestige Kitchen and Bath. We recently completed a bathroom remodel with Prestige Kitchen and Bath. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Lindsay has an incredible eye for design & helped bring our vision to life! The craftmanship and communication from the entire crew was amazing. Ivan, the lead Foreman on this project was truly wonderful for his attention to details and the day-to-day dedication to his trade. This was our second project with you, and if there is a third in the future, there’s no question who we’ll be calling!

We hired Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel both of our bathrooms. We did a complete overhaul of our primary bath with a tub to shower conversion and more of a cosmetic upgrade in our hall bath. Overall, it was a great experience. The project was done ahead of schedule and within our budget with no surprises. I would absolutely recommend Prestige for remodeling projects. Everyone we worked with - the designers at Prestige, their partners in plumbing supply and lighting and the contractors assigned to our project were fantastic. Our bathrooms are smaller spaces and we were not only seeking to upgrade the look but also maximize the space. As we do not have a sense of design, we were looking for help in showing us what our bathrooms could look like and Prestige delivered. We first met with the designers, Alex and Lindsay who came into our home and asked us a lot of questions about our style and design preferences. They were both very warm, answered all of our questions and took their time to explain the process. We felt very comfortable with both of them as they really listened to us and our concerns. Next, we went to their showroom and after seeing all of their options in flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, etc. we knew we wanted to move forward working with them. They provided detailed renderings of what the spaces would look like, which is what we were looking for. The renderings reflected beautiful design choices as well as improved functionality. Alex ended up taking the lead on the project and was great to work with throughout. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was always readily available. Alex gave us a realistic time frame as well as what to expect during construction. We were set up with Peter and his crew for construction and everyone on his team was so friendly and courteous. They always arrived each day when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were a couple of hiccups where choices we picked out ended up being discontinued but Alex came up with solutions that worked well. The quality of the tiling in the shower conversion, pony wall and flooring is top of the line. The design choices maximized our spaces and the process itself was not really stressful to us. I canâ t say enough about how amazing both bathrooms turned out.

We used Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel 2 full bathrooms, and I couldnâ t be happier with the experience. Everything was completed with quality and in less time than what they estimated in their proposal (it helped that all materials were in stock and delivered before construction began). Lindsay did a great job of helping my husband and I blend our sometimes conflicting opinions into a design for each bathroom that we both were really happy with. When we had a specific tile request for one bathroom that wasnâ t in their show room, Lindsay jumped in and helped us search other vendors to find a perfect fit for the design. The crew that did the renovation, Julian and Esteban, were both very friendly and polite and knew what they were doing. Both bathrooms were completely gutted, and one bathroom required moving the plumbing to a different wall. They left the work area very clean and contained each day to minimize disruption to our lives. Julian was very patient and accommodating with my requests, and he was able to solve some unexpected challenges without adding cost. It was on time, on budget, and turned out exactly as designed (maybe even better). It wasnâ t cheap, but also not the most expensive quote we got. I would hire them again without hesitation for any future projects.

Prestige did a great job on our three bathroom renovation. Christina (our designer) did a stellar job on designing a tile rug for our master bathroom. It is a large space that is odd shaped and she designed the tile rug that is perfect and adds a unique element. The crew is top notch. They did an outstanding job and I can't recommend the crew enough (master's of their trades).

The owner, the employees, and designers are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to communicate with, and willing to work hard to complete a vision for my kitchen developed with the designers in a timely manner. The workmen are efficient, extremely careful, highly skilled, and clean up at the end of the day. I live in a condo and the other three people on my side of the building were quite impressed during the whole process and when they came in to see what my kitchen looks like now.

It was a pleasure working with Prestige for our kitchen renovation from our first phone call to the day we wrote the final check. Full service design and build group with plentiful options and good advice along the way. Great communication and quality of work, they were at the house almost every day and if they weren't, we knew why and when they'd be back. Didn't have to call and ask where things stood, things just happened--the way it should be. Completely transformed our house 30 years into the future and absolutely love hosting in our new kitchen/dining room.

We are pleased with our new kitchen and bathrooms! Our designer, Lindsay, worked hard and was a great source of inspiration and ideas. The work crews were attentive and professional. Everyone on the crew did an excellent job, but we were most impressed by Ivan's tile & grouting work. Beautiful! Both designer and crew were receptive to our ideas for minor alterations in our plan as the work progressed. Several of our cabinet doors didn't close quite correctly and were replaced at no additional cost to us. Highly recommended!

If you are thinking about remodeling one or more of your bathrooms, we believe you should definitely consider Prestige Kitchen & Bath. Before we made a decision of who to hire we consulted with friends, we visited 5 showrooms, and we had 3 companies come to the house, show us their designs, and give us an estimated cost. We decided on Prestige Kitchen & Bath because Lindsay Dingmann, one of their design specialists, had the best designs, and we felt she was committed to giving us a final product we would be excited about. With the use of 3-dimensional software, we were able to better visualize what the bathrooms would look like based on the products we selected as well as changes we wanted to make. Designs can be impressive but can they be implemented and what about the workmanship of the crews? Jakub and his crew (demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and tiling) were on time, courteous, cleaned up each day, and took pride in their work. Throughout the project Lindsay came by to check on the progress and made sure we were completely satisfied. Any last minute changes were accommodated. Although we started with just the guest bathroom to be remodeled, we ended up having Prestige Kitchen & Bath also remodel our master bathroom and powder room. To say we LOVE our three new bathrooms is an understatement! This home improvement project truly has made our house a home that we plan to stay in for years to come. We look forward to using Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel our kitchen in the future and seeing what transformational design Lindsay can come up with.

We have used Prestige twice now to re-model our bathrooms, which consisted of complete guts and a re-design of one. Crew took the time to protect floors and tape off room to prevent extra dust. Demo materials were cleaned up daily. Excellent tile work by Krystof. Lindsay was excellent with design details and availability when questions or changes arose. Very happy with our bathrooms.

Vesper Master Bathroom Review Before you do what we did (got FIVE quotes) â ¦ just go with Prestige Kitchen and Bath. Iâ m serious! Do not waste your time. Just call them (847-348-0066) now, ask for Lindsay, and know that you have made the correct choice. Not only was their 1st visit and quote the most thorough...they had the best price! We met with Lindsay at their new and awesome showroom where she showed us her plan using super realistic software that allowed us to really â seeâ what our new bathroom would look like. We only had a small (8X6) nook (pics below) in our bedroom to use, but, but Lindsay made it look like a spa. We loved the design and loved Lindsay! We were in! After picking out our flooring, countertops, shower tiles, and bath/lighting fixtures...the work started. All of the guys that worked on the project were phenomenal. They were ALWAYS working! We have heard so many terrible stories of contractors showing up late, going missing for days, and just not doing their job, but the Prestige guys are the dream. They tarp everything off to minimize the dust and clean up thoroughly after each day of work. We trusted them with all of the decisions, but when they werenâ t sure, they made a point to talk with us about anything major before they continued. It really felt like a team effort, but of course, they did all of the work! And the work was, and is, SO good! They were so good, we asked if they would redo the flooring in our downstairs bathroom and mudroom...and of course...they did...and it was perfect, too. We knew the new bathroom was going to be a major financial investment, but we could NOT be happier with the result. Lindsay and her teamâ s communication was wonderful throughout the entire process and their physical work was even better. Iâ ll say it again...do not waste your time getting other quotes. Just call Prestige and ask for Lindsay.

We chose Prestige to completely remodel our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the results. Lindsay listened to what we wanted and came up with a beautiful and functional design. We appreciated the fact that all of the material samples were in their showroom for us see in person. Lindsay took the time to walk us through each step and always kept us informed. The project started on time and all of the workers were very nice, respectful of our house, and did quality work. Owner Ron stopped by several times to check in which we appreciated. He and Lindsay made sure the final cosmetic touches were done promptly and to our satisfaction. Overall the work was very professional and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Prestige!

Prestige just finished remodeling two bathrooms. Both baths look great ! Alex and his support team were easy to work with. The pricing was competitive and the work completed on a timely basis. They answered all my questions and concerns and offered suggestions made the end result better than expected.

We LOVED working with Prestige! I found them on line and by driving past their showroom. I was a little concerned about working with them because I hadnâ t heard of anyone in my neighborhood using them. We looked at 4 different options for remodeling our Master Bath and chose Prestige. Everyone at Prestige was a pleasure to work with. Alex was the first person we met and was so good at listening to what we wanted to do. He asked questions, made recommendations and was so excellent at following up without being obnoxious. Lindsay designed our space. She was so good at incorporating some of the components we wanted to keep and still made the space beautiful. She is amazing at designing and stayed close the progress throughout the project. We spent time with Lindsay and Alex in the showroom and had the entire space designed and all the components picked out in about 2 hours! Then the pandemic got really badâ ¦. Alex was great at understanding and waiting until we were comfortable moving forward. I was so appreciative of his follow up and trust in us. When we finally started the project, Jakob and his crew were AMAZING! Everyone was on time and incredibly efficient. The crew is truly talented and their attention to details was incredible. I highly recommend everyone we worked with at Prestige.

Prestige did a great job on our master bath remodel. The best tile job ever! Ron and Lindsay were quick to come out to give a quote on our job. Lindsay was such a delight to work with. Her design work, eye for detail, project management and friendliness were outstanding. Always available to answer questions and bounce around ideas. The workmen were timely and courteous.

We have a very small downstairs bathroom that was in very rough shape. Our Prestige designer, Lindsay, drew up an amazing proposal that included moving a door to create space for a walk-in shower. The work was done ahead of schedule and everyone working on the project was very professional. Ron, the owner, stopped by numerous times to check on the work. We are thrilled with the result and would definitely use Prestige again. The bathroom looks bright and twice as large.

You can't go wrong hiring Alex and his crew... Professional and timely and easy to communicate with. Any questions and they are right on it! Great company to work with.

Being impressed with Lindsay, as our designer/lead, and the rest of the Prestige crew is saying the least. They did an outstanding job all around, and any change/addition we asked for was met with a "no problem" ( not "well that will cost you..). For the incredible quality of work they did, we felt money was well spent - with no surprises. We can't say enough about how much we love our new bathroom. Lindsay did an incredible job figuring out what we wanted even when we were over-whelmed with all the choices. We loved her ability to make changes to the design so rapidly. Lindsay was an exceptional helpful in making recommendations on items we decided to order on our own (lights, mirrors, etc). They gave us a budget for all the plumbing fixture and sent us to this great company with just way too many options to choose from (they were so helpful too). Not everything well smoothly, there were a couple of bumps in the road, But they were met head on with an attitude of "what will make you happy" and that's exactly what they did. We highly recommend Prestige and Lindsay for any remodeling work. We plan on using them again on our next project. Just wish we had found them when we remodeled out kitchen.

I am currently working with Lindsay to design and remodel my 10x10 kitchen. She and her staff(Miro) have been amazing to work with. The work site is always clean and the cabinet install was seamless we chose the Forever-mark shaker line and I am in love. I know what I like but am terrible with design concepts. Lindsay was my go- to pick flooring and backsplash- She let me be picky until I loved what I chose. Doing a kitchen on a budget is not easy but Prestige makes this possible. They say the kitchen is the heart of the home well mine finally feels as if it will be just that! Highly recommend Prestige Kitchen and Bath in Arlington Heights! Jen and Dan Thomas.

We were replacing the countertop on the double vanity in our master bath as well as installing new double sinks and fixtures. It was important to me to select a stone that would coordinate well with the existing tile in our walk-in shower and around the whirlpool tub. Alex made a visit to our home to determine our needs and was of great assistance in locating a stone to our liking. The work was done in a very timely manner and we are very pleased with the results.
