I asked him to explain differing maintenance plane they offered. He explained and also told me about some improvements the different deals offered or price separately. In every case he showed me readings he had taken and told me what I should see for money savings improvement. My starting and running amps did go down just like he explained. I have seen decreased monthly electric bill this year over last with no other changes. Very happy, no pressure, prompt and professional.

We recently replaced our aging HVAC system in our home. After repeated service calls to our home warranty company we found Jeremy and his team most responsive and helpful. A few months ago we had an issue with a leak in our system. The first company referred to us by the warranty company suggested an extensive repair was required. Based on an earlier service call handled by Prestige Mechanical I called for a second opinion. Jeremy checked our system found that the issue did not require the suggested repairs. We then purchased a service plan to maintain our system. With his fall check he suggested we consider replacement our our system. We asked him to present an estimate. We meet with him and he answered all our questions, recommended a system that would serve our needs and save our energy costs. We were able to schedule the replacement again, true to his word. The replacement was made in one day and we look forward to the 10 year warranty on our new system.

Jeremy and his crew provided excellent service, they arrived on time and completed the job before the schedule date, they were very professional and explain the installation in detail, they also provided a 10 Year Warranty on parts and Labor. Also, they use an excellent product (RUUD) which is highly rated. I highly recommend PRESTIGE MECHANICAL for any HVAC needs.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the check-up, although I thought he would clean the leaves/debris out of the outside unit, but that wasn't done. He identified several items that needed attention (showed me pictures he had taken with his phone), that previous service had missed, like a cracked circuit board and a recalled surge suppressor. I also requested a quote on a new system. It took a while for him to get that to me, and I almost thought he had forgotten, but I did get it a couple weeks after the tune-up. I would use them again. Haven't decided about the new system yet.

The Jeremys (yes, there are two of them!) went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed correctly and that my AC was blowing super cold air. They were punctual and ethical. Jeremy was quick to reply to my down A/C unit on Memorial Day on very short notice. Fearing the cost of replacing the unit, he was able to diagnose the problem based on me describing the issue. He confirmed the problem after a quick look at the unit and saved me big $$$. A new capacitor instead of new unit was music to our ears. I can't thank Jeremy enough for his honesty, experience and professionalism on a hot holiday weekend. We quickly signed on for one of his maintenance programs to extend the life of this unit. On a side note....I was having someone replace my kitchen faucet when Jeremy arrived and he didn't hesitate to offer up a quick remedy to an issue we were having in removing the old faucet. Jeremy found that the circuit board is fried and it was low on freon as well. I had just had a new compressor put in, in July 2016 by a different company! They were horrible and very unprofessional!!! Jeremy filled the freon and said he will submit the request for the circuit board to the warranty place. My AC is now working great!!!! We do need a new unit for the fact that mine is 30+ years old. He explained to me about the financing they offer in detail, which is AMAZING! I could not be happier with the service and the genuine concern he had for my situation. I will definitely be calling Prestige Mechanical for my new unit!!!! It went great Jeremy told me how my heater was performing. What parts may need to be changed out in the future and what to look out for.
