Prestige Painting

It was fine. The paint started to peel in one section. The main problem was non responsiveness. I wanted to hire the company for another job but no one followed up despite numerous calls.

These guys were great. As an investor I don't have time to babysit contractors. These guys got in and got out and delivered on a great job.

He works hard.

They did what they were suppose to do. They prepared the walls and provided the process. We were happy for the price and we got a couple estimates.

Outlet covers were removed and not replaced in the basement room. Despite paying for 3 rooms, only needed 2 rooms, but the painters still took all time and didn't apply enough coats to cover.

ok had to ask them to re paint several areas. in looking at the work after they left....was not as impressed as I had hoped. can see many of the streaks and some areas were not well coated. In fairness, I did use a statin finish which is somewhat shiny. I needed something easy to clean --grubby hands. The owner and a helper came. The owner is quite lovely and worked very well with me on scheduling....

Gerber and his team arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional. The rooms look great! They did a great job! I would use them again.

We had a really wonderful experience with Precision Home Improvement. Gerber responded promptly by text after I submitted my painting request, and was able to schedule the painting at my convenience. On the scheduled day, there was a slight hiccup with timing and the painter arrived late; however, Gerber made up for it by coming himself to assist the painter and expedite the job. The painter, Nelson, was professional and gave exceptional attention to detail. Every switch cover was removed, every nail hole filled and sanded, and all trim taped. He insisted on doing two coats, and everything looked perfect at the end of the day. Better yet, Nelson was just a joy to have in our house -- considerate and warm to my children. You could tell that Nelson took a great deal of pride in his work. I would hire him again without hesitation.

I thought a professional painter can paint master bedroom walls in 4 hours but 2 persons together painted just the walls (no trims or ceilings) for 4 hours for one bedroom. Otherwise the paint work was good and they showed up on-time.

The initial time was set for 7 am, but then they called the day of to reschedule to 11am, and they were still 35 minutes late. I stated that I would replace the covers in one room, but they didn't replace them in either room. It took more than SIX HOURS to paint on small and one medium size, empty bedrooms. Because they started, and ended late, I had to take care of a family member. They called while I completed this stating that they were finished, at 6pm, and wouldn't wait 10 minutes for me to get back.

They did an excellent job. I talked to them before I left and felt very confident in them. They did such a good job that the bay windows and doors look brand new.

Very fair prices, excellent workmanship. Very clean. They have also removed entire ceilings and replaced with drywall. I can't say enough good about Gerber Prudencio and his crew. I am a realtor and not only do I use them at my own home but the homes I list. My clients have been very pleased.

These two guys were great, I'd bring them back, for sure.

The painters poorly painted my bathroom and left paint on the toilet, floor and sink. I did see a few spots on my new carpet.

It went well. They showed up on time and did as much of the work as time allowed.

Overall, Precision did well. There are a couple of small items that I was disappointed with. First, the crew left without cleaning up all of the paint drips on the wood floors and chestnut trim. Second, I noticed they missed a spot on a wall that I have had to touch up. These are minor in nature.

They came on time, and left on time, but during the whole 8 hours, they only painted half of my kitchen. I even bought them lunch. They did not paint very well and you can still see through the paint he put up.

Had a scheduling challenge with provider. They did not come when scheduled and I did not get a response from the provider about the situation. I contacted the provider and he did apologize and reschedule. The work itself was well done but delayed.

The painters arrived on time and worked dilligently until the work was done. They also did the trip and ceilings and did a good quality job. I think Gerber switched phones just before the job and so it was a little hard getting hard of him but after we sorted that out all was fine and he seemed like a nice guy to work with. This was great value for what I had done and I would use them again, above another company I hired at the same time to do the rest of the house.

They were the most affordable option and everything went really smooth. I also like that the owner helps to paint, and has such a good relationship with the workers. You can tell the workers are treated well and I assume paid well. We wanted to choose a company that were good to workers.
