Excellent. The project manager and site manager were excellent communicators. Prices were comparable to other contractors. Contractor went above and beyond to accomplish the work in my required timeline. Would definitely hire again.

The contractor was professional and creative. I really appreciated the creative problem-solving on behalf of my family through this project. He cared about us, and not just the money earned. The amazing thing is what they were able to accomplish in the middle of a pandemic, coordinating with subs and the critical timeline behind this project. The managed the budget, staying under budget, all the way to the end. The return on our investment is felt every day. Our home is beautiful and we are so grateful for all their hard work.

"I agree the project took longer than the original projections However, The scope of work grew from a 20k project to nearly a 60k project. The scope of work changed on a daily basis. We have statements from sub contractors that were used saying that almost everyday they got to the site, something had been added or manipulated. Granted, we tried to accommodate there every request to the fullest and in any custom remodel project the scope is expected to change. The main sticking point with these clients was the timeline. The amount of added work and changes were requested by the client, however, they were not very flexible with the added timeline to perform the work. We had even increased the amount of manpower from 1 crew to 8-10 men on a daily basis. I also agree there was some mis-communication on a couple of the projects we worked on but again addressed any of there concerns almost immediately. Keep in mind, when the scope changes on a daily basis misunderstandings can happen. There was never ANY untruthfulness and everything was documented and signed by the client as we went along the project pertaining to change orders etc.... I am very saddened that we were unable to keep this client as one of our many loyal returning clients. I do wish them the very best and hope that they enjoy their beautiful renovation!! I personally enjoyed meeting and working with these folks."
