Wood Flooring - Refinish - For Business
Your lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding. It's obvious that once you've been paid, customer satisfaction means absolutely nothing to you. The way you've handled this situation has been nothing short of disgraceful. I regret ever doing business with your company. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Prestige Wood Flooring to anyone. If this is your standard of customer service, you should be embarrassed.

"Prestige Wood Flooring completed a project for this client's household in October 2025, and we ultimately parted ways after they chose to withhold a portion of the final payment. We recently received multiple urgent messages requesting that we return to their home to fix a new scratch caused by a box they dragged across their floor. Because our previous project demonstrated that our processes did not align with their expectations, we notified them via email that we were not the right fit for this new repair request. Following our refusal to take on the new project, they initiated a coordinated campaign to harass us with threatening text messages to post negative reviews across multiple platforms out of spite. We stand by our craftsmanship, our team, and our professional boundaries"

I agree with another post on this site. you have to keep watch on these guys. I had 2 crews one for the installation on one day and one crew to sanding/finish/sealer to our stairs. The stairs crew damage our wall when removing the carpeting, left construction debris on our lawn. The damaged area needed to be repaired, we completed the repair at our cost, was premise they would come back to complete the last of our moulding. We’ve call/left message send email, the company never responds to any of our calls or emails. NOT HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETE JOB.

"We removed carpet on 11/24 & installed a LVP floor in the basement. The carpet was rolled and stacked neatly at the end of the driveway on the grass so we did not block the driveway. We picked up 1/2 the carpet the same day. Because we could not fit all of it we picked up the rest the next day 11/25. We were also contracted to remove carpet on the stairs and sand and refinish the treads. The customer was informed painting would be needed during the estimate. When the carpeting on the treads was removed it exposed gaps between the stairs and sheetrock. We did not cause damage. These were just original gaps left by the builder. We knew additional molding had to be added and plan to do this for the customer at no additional cost. Before we installed the molding we needed the painter to spackle some of the sheetrock. It was our understanding the customer would let us know when it was ready. We received a VM on 12/3, no email. We called back the number the customer called from and left a message on 12/4. This review is the next thing I heard back. I left a message again today to try and resolve this."

Overall it went well. At points, I saw stuff left on my kitchen counters (like sandpaper and wood filler paper towels), but overall they did a great job. I would hire them again. They were on time and very courteous.

Amazing job! Prestige wood flooring was great to work with. They were responsive at the start, provided a reasonable estimate and got the work done on time with very little communication after the contract was signed. The floor installation by itself has been great so far! Very neat, tidy, firm and just great to live and walk on. I would definitely engage them for any future projects.

I have owed this company a stellar review for years. In 2015 they installed hardwoods in our 1250 square foot house and did an excellent, professional job. The floors were installed in a day and they did top notch work. Having delayed so long in posting this, I can truly say that their work is beautiful and holds up well. There were no problems at installation and there have never been any problems with the flooring or the installation. It all still looks beautiful and they are a pleasure to work with.

We were so impressed with the total job from the start to the finish. I knew when Dave came to give us an estimate that Prestige would be the company we would hire. Everyone we worked with was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. We were always kept in the loop as to timing, delivery, etc. as we had special ordered some items. The crew always cleaned up perfectly at the end of the day. For our stairs, the treads had to be stained and polyurethaned and came out beautiful. We have already received numerous compliments on how beautiful the floors and stairs look. We highly recommend Prestige!!

Franklin and his crew did a Fantastic job on our floors. We wanted a darker stain but were indecisive. Franklin was very patience and took the time to show us few samples and found our color. The floor looks AMAZING. The whole team including Sean and David, who did the original estimate were very professional. Definitely would recommend and hire again.

Prestige installed pre-finished hardwood flooring throughout the first floor of our home. The existing floors were a combination of ceramic tile, and 3 other varieties of mismatched hardwoods and we decided it was time to replace everything with matching floors. We selected a 5" pre-finished Armstrong plank and are very happy with it. The team was punctual and very neat and the job was finished in 2 days. When we had a minor problem, Dave himself came back on a holiday weekend to rectify. It is an expensive renovation to be sure, but if you're ready to make the investment, Prestige is highly recommended.

We contracted Prestige to refinish the hardwood flooring in our home. They were excellent to work with. They communicated very well from the start of the project and all throughout the week. Franklin and Marvin were very punctual, moved our furniture with care and were very meticulous with the work that they did. Dave, the owner, even stopped by to check on the project to make sure everything was going smoothly. There was a slight confusion at the end about when they were going to move the furniture back but they rectified the situation satisfactorily. I highly recommend this company for any wood flooring work. I would definitely hire them again.

From demo to install the workmanship was top shelf. Th crew they used never stopped working from the moment they arrived. They worked neatly with very little debris, there install was meticulous and there precision cutting and trim out was perfect. There owner stopped by my home and made sure his job was going well and was very personable. This is the second time I used them ,first time was to re-finish floors and second time to install floors. I have done residential construction for 35 years and seen many different levels of quality, if you want good looking floors professionally installed or refinished I recommend Prestige wood flooring for complete satisfaction !!!

Within a week of the consultation, the floors were installed. It only took one day. They were professional and provided excellent service, and went above and beyond to ensure that all the flooring needs were taken care of. Prestige is top rate. Their equipment, various different sanders, commercial grade vacuum, ability to custom mix stains to get the exact color we wanted surpassed our expectations. "Dust free" sanding isn't ever really dust free but they were so good that we inadvertently left all my suits in the master closet and none of them were dusty! Furthermore, they were so good with the sanding and stain that we did not need to remove any shoe molding, they even somehow got under our range in the kitchen. The floors in our house used to be a bit of an embarrassment from a very poor refinish job last summer, but now after Prestige, they are our price and joy. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
