I was planning to clean the sofas & carpet when our kids returned to school. With college and high school students home full time, the daily wear and tear had taken its toll. Unfortunately, one sofa & the carpet were stained by ?, forcing me to seek a cleaner before our time at home had ended. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything looked when Prestigious Carpet Care was finished - one of the stains was very dark, and there is only a very slight (1%?) discoloration now, only noticeable if you know where to look. All odors are gone, and everything looks like new. I would definitely hire Prestigious again, and won't wait for an accident the next time!

Ron was quick to return calls. He and Justin showed up and cleaned my entire house with a hot water extraction and sanitization process. It did take a while for carpets to dry but this was to be expected. They did a great job getting out several stains and moved through the house quickly. Their services were competitively priced and they thanked me for hiring them. I would hire them again.

My husband and I decided to have our carpet cleaned in an effort to buy us some time before replacing the carpet. We needed the LR, DR, 3 BR and a high traffic pattern cleaned. Ron Hobbs did a fabulous job. He was on time for the appointment and the job was completed in approximately 90 minutes. Now, I'm not feeling pressured to purchase new carpet immediately because my old carpet is refreshed and clean. Going forward I'll call Ron annually to clean our carpet.

Ron has done a great job on cleaning my carpets, area rugs, sofa, loveseats, dinning chairs. Especially the basement stairs, I was planning to replace the carpets on the stairway. Now they looked nice and clean, there is no need to be replaced. The wool area rugs smell very good. I am really happy with the results. I have referred him to my friends and neighbors.

Ron does an excellent job! He had to return (no additional cost) to remove additional minerals that wicked up from carpet/pad, but carpet area now looks great.

They are excellent and always return our calls promptly. He shows up on time and is very pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend them and are are using them again tomorrow.
